We came home from vacation to a broken thermostat and an AC that wouldn’t turn on. I called Blankman and they explained how I could do a hard reset of the system myself to see if that would fix the problem. It didn’t, but I appreciated their willingness to try to help without charging to come out. When the reset didn’t fix the problem, they came out the same day (on a Friday) and replaced the thermostat before the weekend. They checked our system to make sure it was working and even programmed the thermostat for us to our preferred temperatures. They were very friendly, professional, and saved us from a very hot weekend.

This was our first time to use Blankman Services. Our A/C kept tripping the circuit breaker and it was getting quite warm in the house. I called and spoke with Joe (the owner) and he had a technician available and he was at our house in about 15 minutes. Jason was our service technician and he could not have done a better job for us. He did a great job with the diagnosis and repair. He was professional and courteous and explained everything clearly. If you are looking for a company to fix your air conditioning, look no further. We would definitely use them again in the future.

My smart thermostat went wonky which is no fun in the winter not knowing if your house was ever going to heat up. I had seen really good reviews for Blankman Services and decided to give them a try. They were prompt, professional and very affordable. Super nice people- highly recommend! And my smart thermostat is now working! I will definitely use them going forward without any hesitation.

Chris did a phenomenal job! Fixed my AC, explained exactly what was wrong, and gave me some tips as to how to keep it running smoothly. I will continue to use these guys as my go to heating and air technicians! It’s good to know hard work, honesty and craftsmanship still exist

I do not recommend this company. If I could give zero stars I would. The two men that came into my house were not professional at all. They did not identify themselves. The one guy did not say one word when he was here. He just replaced my $50 thermostat for no reason with a cheap one and took mine with him with no explanation. The other guy told me that the heating exchanger was cracked. He also told me that he placed some sort of safety thing on the furnace that would shut off the furnace if it starts to leak carbon monoxide. That "safety thing" is not even real. I got a second opinion from a more reputable company and guess what, the heating exchanger is not cracked whatsoever. The only part that needs to be replaced is the burner rack. Blankman Services told me that I need to replace my entire furnace. They also told me that my furnace is 22 years old. That's a lie. This furnace was installed in 2007. There is a sticker inside the furnace that shows what year it is. Do NOT give this company your money. Blankman Services treated me like I was stupid.
