The blower on our furnace went out on the coldest day in years. I called and Chris was out within a few hours to fix it. He checked it over and cleaned the furnace as well. Wonderful, quick service. Will definitely call Blankman when we replace our furnace! Thank you!

Chris, the tech who came out, was wonderful and saved us from three days without A/C with Omaha temps over 100 degrees! So grateful to Blankman Services for attending to me, a new customer, within hours after I called them. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

A/C unit wasn't working all weeked, I called Blankman Services based off some good reviews I have read around the internet. Joe Blankman was nice on the phone and straight to the point when I called him early in the morning. He told me they had 2 jobs in front of me then they'd send someone out on the same day. Jason was the tech who arrived, who pointed out some things I can do that I never really paid enough attention to about my cooling system, to keep up on maintanence.

Jason was nice to me and my kid, and most importantly he fixed the problem within the hour he arrived. The bill was not scary, and I do not regret calling up Blankman at all, and if i have problems in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them first!

They are reasonable and know their business, saved me $1000 on a repair that has lasted 6years. they are quick if needed, when we have std service they schedule it and are here early almost every time. Trusted pros all the way.

This is a terrible HVAC company and cannot be trusted. We recently purchased a home in Omaha, and the home inspector questioned if the furnace heat exchanger might be cracked. The seller hired Blankman Service to inspect the heating and AC, and Blankman’s written report said there are no cracks in the exchanger. We proceeded and closed on the house at the end of June, and immediately discovered high amounts of condensation running down the outside of the inside unit. We hired another company, recommended by friends, to check it out, and contracted with them for routine maintenance. Because of the service contract they also checked the furnace and reported there is indeed a crack in the heat exchanger.
We had purchased home warranty insurance when we bought the home, and filed a claim with our insurance provider. They sent out technicians from two different companies that also confirmed the crack, but the insurance company then denied the claim because the crack existed prior to purchase of the house. The claims agent contacted Blankman about their report and Blankman hung up on them. The sellers agent has also called them, and they are not interested in standing behind their inspection. We’ve contacted them three times, with no response. Thanks to them, we’ve just purchased a home with an unusable furnace.
As for the inspection, either: a. They are incompetent and missed what was blatantly obvious to three other technicians; b. They didn’t even bother to look; or c. They lied.
I seriously can’t believe their other reviews are so good, and suspect they are planted.

First time using Blankman Services and it definitely won't be the last. Prompt response by the owner Joe and his technician Scott G was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and got our AC up and running. Awesome job team. I will be suggesting your business to everyone that I know.

. I have used Blankman's Services or installation of hvac units as well as service calls. Your are not going to find a more knowledgeable company and better service. I would recommend Blankman's to get the job done right.

So many great things to say about this company. They delivered everything as promised, tested and explained the functionality of my new hvac system.

Most importantly, the install crew was terrific. Very respectful, willing to answer questions and gave me a high level of confidence in their skillsets.

Can't recommend Blankman enough.

Scheduled a routine AC service appointment three weeks in advance. Spoke with Joe and Chris a couple of times to nail down a firm date. They even called me the day before to verify when I wanted them out (which was the next day). Scheduled day arrives and no call no show. It's been a week later since the no call no show and still no phone call.

They made it out on the same day as I called them and got the AC fixed. Thanks for the prompt affordable service! Will have you on the list for replacing our furnace/ac unit.
