Skradski Heating & Cooling

I called on a Thursday and asked if they could fit me in sometime soon. Venus, (I believe was her name) said she thought the earliest they could get me in would be Monday, however, she was going to try and get someone out on Friday morning if possible. Friday morning at 7:30 I got a call from Kim and she said that the technician would be there within the hour to help us. Bill was amazing and was in and out in 1 hour. He was very thorough and checked all parts of the cooling system. I am blown away by the customer service my wife and I received. I will recommend everyone to Skradski!

We had Skradski Heating & Cooling come out and give us a quote on a new A/C & furnace and two days later they came out to install them for us as they wanted to get it done soon for us if they could since our A/C was not working. From the call for the appointment, you could see the service they provide and their response times. The appointment for the quote was thorough and informative and laid out several options for us to decide what was best for us. No pressure sales and happy to answer any questions. The installation crew was great as well knocking out the install of both in one day so we had a nice cool house to kick off the weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service responded promptly, first out of 4 companies we called when our AC went out over the weekend. The service technician came within a few hours, got us back up and running prior to a holiday. The next day. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled their annual service going forward.

Phil W was amazing. A/C went down late night, Skradski had Phil at iur house first thing in the morning and the issue was fixed immediately. Phil was courteous and informative, explaining in terms I easily understood. 5 stars Skradski! And great job Phil!! Thanks again!

Ryan was excellent, knowledgeable, professional, explained the issues and what he was doing. A very honest, nice, hard working young man. I felt confident the HVAC was being taken care of. I love this company. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Ryan got my air conditioner working again. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He even discussed the proper way the filter should be placed in the unit and I had been doing it the wrong way so was glad for that information. I will definitely use Skradski’s Heating and Cooling again. He got a 10 out of 10. Great job Ryan from a grateful customer.

The service techs were on-time, very professional, very thorough in their approach. My wife was home alone when they came, and they were very respectful of her and her time, as well as doing their job in a professional manner.

1st opportunity to work with Skradaki and they were fantastic. They communicated ahead of the appointment, were on time, and gave great feedback on what our options were. Will definitely use then again and highly recommend.

I had a buzzing noise when the furnace blower was running that was driving me crazy. I called and Kim the dispatcher sent a technician (Ryan) out in about an hour. Not saying you’ll always get it that fast, but that was exceptional. I should note I’ve had my system almost 10 years, which Skradski installed, and I get it serviced every spring and fall anyway, and the techs are always awesome, capable and professional. The women I have dealt with over the phone dispatching the service have been equally awesome - always friendly, respectful, competent and professional. I’ve never had to wait long for service. Anyway, Ryan found the source of the buzz and another rattle, and fixed both in about a half an hour. He did a fantastic job and super nice guy. Now it sounds like a new furnace. Thanks again Skradski for excellent service every time. I highly recommend this company for service, a new installation, or both.

All Skradski employees from the member service phone representatives to the 1st service repair technicin Sam, salesman Scott, installation technicians Curt and Jeremy were very polite, business orientated, on time and willing to take time to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this company as a 10 rating, the highest. I certainly appreciate the window unit that Steve brought out to me to use.
