I don't write many reviews but the folks at Skradski deserve some recognition.

These guys are great and offer prompt, professional, friendly service. They are very competitive with their prices and service rates and have never pressured me into making a decision. I've used them for a few years now, but most recently they installed a new AC unit after mine went out. They prioritized the installation because they obviously understand how it is in situations like that. Three hours after they showed up, my house was at 72F.

If I ever get asked..."Do you know a good HVAC company?"...no hesitation..."Skradski!"

Jake was thorough, respectful and efficient. He asked us at least twice if there was anything else he could do or questions he could answer for us.

I have used Skradski on a few occasions and they have become my first call, every time. They have always been extremely kind and professional. Their technicians make it out quickly and do great work. They are honest, take the time to explain everything, and are very fair with pricing. They do not try to sell you anything that you don't need. I have recommended them on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Reached out to them twice and they never called me back. I sent a direct request to them through their website and nothing. Called them the a couple days later, left a message and still nothing.

Very patient and ok with me hovering to see what they are doing. My technician answered all of my questions and was very pleasant and kind. Jamison found the problem with my inside blower Motor that kept my AC from working. It was the expected problem given google, about the expected price. What was nice is that even though it's a 15 year old high efficiency furnace, it's nice and clean and strong, and even with its age, he didn't even think about pushing a more expensive replacement furnace and AC. And the company even had access to a replacement part, that I was kind of concerned about given the age of the fan blower module. Poor guy had to run out and get it, then the replacement was missing some bolts, so he ran back and got those too, making it later than I'm sure he expected. And he didn't complain... to me at least!

I wasn't around for the install but my wife had nothing but praise for the techs and their work.
