Skradski Heating & Cooling

This is the first time we’ve used Skradski and they will definitely be our go to from now on! The communication was incredible, they were able to come out the same day that I called. Tanner was awesome and got our AC up and running in no time!

Our AC went out on on one of the first really warm days of the season. They came out on a Saturday first thing and got everything working again in an hour and a half. Jake the technician had great customer service and was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Mr Bill was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Did an outstanding job and was able to expertly identify the problem and resolve it with zero issues. Very personable and would recommend to others.

Jake was our technician today for our annual A/C system maintenance. He was extremely thorough and was very receptive to showing me what he was doing and explaining all his steps. On top of it all, he is just a really nice guy and a graduate of North High School, where my wife and I graduated from 50 years ago!!

Initially there was a bit of confusion about the pricing for my furnace maintenance check. However, I was very impressed that Corey and Andrea really cared about my experience as a customer, and went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty, and would be more than happy to recommend their services and use them again myself in the future!

Update: Christian just came and gave my air conditioner a system check. It turned out my capacitor was worn out, he gave me a really fair price and replaced it right then. He explained everything very clearly to me, and was a super nice guy to boot! I highly recommend Christian personally, and Skradski as a go-to for HVAC in Omaha.

Tanner was great! He was so nice, courteous and professional. Have used Skradski's for years and have always had a good experience.

Bill came and did a general maintenance check on my HVAC system relatively quickly. He suggested I get a new humidifier and when he returned the next day, he had to get creative to put the humidifier in a better location than where it was before. I am super happy with how it is working and can't wait to keep using this company for my HVAC needs!

Ryan was very professional and courteous, and was even able to respond earlier than scheduled. We were very pleased and liked that he took the time to examine our humidifier, too, and give us tips to stay efficient. I highly recommend Ryan.
