They arrived on time and did a good job on the installation. Everything was installed with a great level of craftsmanship. I would recommend them to a friend who had HVAC needs.

He claimed that the previous tech didn't tightened the freon lines tightly causing a leak which he said he tightened and it fixed the problem. However when he finished and said it was repaired, I asked why the system still running and not shutting off. He looked confused and when he started looking at the thermostat he had to call someone who apparently tried to walk him through troubleshooting. He told me the EIM board was bad and had to be replaced. When I asked him what was wrong with the board he said that he doesn't diagnose the problem, but the switches on the board weren't functioning and the board had to be replaced. I asked if any of the solder runs were cracked or broken and he said he didn't know. I then asked him that since all wiring to the board was low voltage, what could possibly have blown the microswitches and again he said he didn't know. He then said because he didn't know what the wiring was in the wall, so he couldn't know what caused the issue with the EIM board. Then I wanted to know that since the thermostat and EIM board communicated wirelessly what did the wiring in the have to do with it and again he just gave me a blank stare. He then suggested I could go back to my old thermostat system. After all this I was very uncomfortable with his apparent lack of electronic skills so I called your office and asked to be sent a new tech tomorrow who has the knowledge and skills to work on this type of system.

Ryan was knowledgable and polite. He was early and completed his work in a timely manner. Skradski is a great company to hire. We will use them again.

Ryan M. a service man came out to take a look at my furnace that went out, he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem quickly. He explained why it happened, what he did to figure it out, and what he was going to do to fix the issue. He fixed my blower motor quickly and was very professional
