Got to meet Bill earlier in the summer and signed up for spring / fall inspections. Got a new thermostat, learned about the history of our HVAC system as we bought a new house and didn’t know the full history. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you!

Tony and Branden came and installed a new heating and cooling system for us yesterday. They did amazing work and were very professional.

*Update 09/22/2022: Downgraded to 2 stars. Even though cleaning the blower and inside of the furnace is part of what's listed on their preventative maintenance, it's not been done. Even after contacting them to complain about it.

Our system went out early this morning. Ryan responded to the service call and had great customer service skills. Very polite, informative, and skilled in his duties.

Fantastic company. Very responsive and great communication. Cristian, the technician was very polite, efficient. He even showed me how to change the air filter myself in the future. Fairly priced. I would highly recommend.

Been doing business with this company for several years but not anymore. It seems regardless of how far into the future I made appointments with Skradski I get a call from them wanting to reschedule. This year was no different. Winter time is the worst when it comes to their reliability. The excuse is always the same, they had a tech call in sick and they do not have enough techs. I'm tired of this nonsense so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The business is very customer service oriented. We have never had any issues with the service technicians that have preformed routine checkups.

About five years ago I was having a health issue and it was about 14° outside and the blower motor in our 30 year old furnace was going out the bearings were starting to seize up, Skradski heating and cooling showed up almost right away and did a very reasonable correct repair and did not take advantage of the situation. They were fair professional and prompt. Two years ago my wife and I decided that we need to replace our entire heating and air-conditioning system Scradski sent a couple of their guys and they knocked it out and did an amazing installation in less than a day. This company exemplifies professionalism and integrity. Highly recommended. EDIT: after having our furnace for a couple of years Skradski got in touch with us to inform us that they expected us to sign up for a seasonal inspection at over $200 a year! I asked them what they were going to do for that and they said they were going to inspect our system and refill it if necessary! Shouldn't have been perfect to begin with for $8000 and not leaking? I feel kind of bamboozled by them. We are not dumb old people that don't know any better and that's how we were treated. I am changing my rating on them from five stars to three for that alone. I think it's a shady business practice.
