Skradski Heating & Cooling

My heat was out and I scheduled an appointment and it was going to be two days out and we were in a cold snap. The receptionist called about two hours later and asked if the tech could come at that time, he arrived shortly and resolved the problem and made sure the furnace was ready for the winter. Both the service tech and receptionist were not only professional but also very customer service orientated.

Skradski is awesome. I use them for my home and two business locations. If a problem arises, it’s never more than 5-6 hours before they send someone to address the issues. Highly recommend.

Goodman recall work. Our furnace fell under the goodman drain pan recall. In Jan 2022, we were contacted about a recall for a drain pan recall, and had been waiting 10 months for goodman to schedule repairs. January!!! Its the middle of Oct now, still no luck and the goodman recall people said to contact a local service contractor to get warranty work done instead, with goodman picking up the tab. Skradski's was out within a couple days of contact, installing repair items quickly giving us closure and peace about the situation. LONG OVERDUE but GREATLY APPRECAITED. Highly recommend this company!

I had a technician come in February because my furnace was making noises upon startup. He said I needed a new heating module. Funds were low so I couldn’t get it fixed then and since it was still working okay he advised that it was something that needed to be replaced before next winter. So I just had them out to install the new module. 😊 Customer service is great and their technicians are very knowledgeable.
I appreciated the honesty from the tech who came in February. I also appreciated the text message with a picture of the technician who was on his way to my house. Work was done in a timely manner. Definitely will use them again!

Skradski went far beyond my expectations, as a general contractor, I admire quality craftsmanship and honesty. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable, they answered every question I had and kept me in the loop with every step. They treated the work as their own, which now a days is not very heard of anymore. I have absolutely zero complaints towards this company or the work that they preformed. They 2 technicians were very professional and upfront with costs and getting my A/C up and running! It was 102 today and they got here within a couple hours of my call! I recommend them for all your heating and A/C needs!

I did not post the review it says I did! I did not have a good experience with Skradski at all. I am now finding out that the air handler they installed was never hooked up to an ac unit. The lines are also a mess,they refused to come back out and take care of things.
