Excellent job would highly recommend he spent the extra time to take care of the issue and got everything working correctly.

We had Skradski Heating & Cooling come out same day I called and had the best experience with our technician, Mike R. He was on time, friendly and professional! He took the time to explain everything that he found and even recommended that since our A/C unit was only 2 years old that we call the company that installed it because often they have labor warranties along with parts warranties. We would have never thought to do this and in the end Mike saved us $900!!! He even put a compressor on hold for us if the other company did not take care of our issue. I will return to Skradski Heating & Cooling based on their honesty and integrity and recommend them to friends and family!

Technician Mike came out on call to our properties this Saturday and was incredibly helpful in helping to assess our situation and get us back on track. The response time was quick, the service was professional and I'd highly recommend Mike and this company to anyone looking for reliable, top tier service.

I called about a new scheduled maintenance plan for my older HVAC system. They were super nice and informative on the phone and actually got one in for my first appointment the same day. Josh came on time, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was an overall professional. I’d definitely recommend Skradski.

Great people. They take pictures throughout every visit. They give you blunt options, no sales pitch just getting the job done. They would respond to me after hours when I had questions, and they got my estimate to me quick. They also had a discount for cash and paying in full. strongly recommend. Everything was very nice even the ladies answering the phone were freaking amazing! Awesome work guys!

When I contacted the company, as a first time client, to do a yearly service on my furnace in preparation for the winter season, they were able to get me scheduled two days later. They set me up on a yearly contract that would save me money and they will contact me in the Spring to set up a time when it will work to check my air conditioning. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough check of my furnace. He was friendly, but didn’t waste any time getting to work and getting things done. I was pleased that I was contacted by phone when the technician was headed my way and received a picture and the name of the technician before he arrived
by text.

They were considerate, professional, and courteous. Laid down clothes to to not track any dirt or wetness on the carpet. Tested the system before leaving and answered all of our questions. Even vacuumed up their mess!

The company texted me a photo of the service tech shortly before the techs arrival. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything, clean, and efficient. I would definitely recommend Skradski's to anyone!
