Central A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and the house was getting to 85 degrees inside absolutely miserable. I’m so grateful for Comfort Advisors because Michael was able to show up MUCH faster than other companies. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix everything and was an absolute fair price!!! We own two properties in South Omaha and we will definitely be relying on Michael for future services!

A/C stopped working just as the temps were rising and the temp in my home was reaching 85 to 90 degrees. Gratefully Comfort Advisors was suggested to me and worked out great. I wasn't expecting much thinking it would be at least weeks wait and a whole day of waiting on the scheduled day from previous experiences with other companies. I was pleasantly surprised that Michael was able to immediately schedule me for the next day when I contacted him. Also there was continuous communication on the day of my appointment so I knew when he would arrive. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix everything and was an absolute great price!

4 days without heat in the middle of an artic blast and my home warranty provided the wrong phone number for Comfort Advisors and the wrong appointment time.
I was able to google Comfort Advisor, find their correct phone number and unbeknownst to me, I speak to the owner. He gets me set up with a earlier appointment and to my surprise is my service technician.
He diagnoses the problem and has my heat back on in 30-40min or less.
I'm so appreciative of his dedication to his customers and thankful I don't have to sleep in a house that feels like the inside of the fridge. Will Definitely be calling in the spring to make sure A/C is ready for the summer.

We can’t recommend Comfort Advisors enough! Michael and his associate arrived promptly and were quickly able to diagnose the situation and solution with our air conditioning. As we’re working through a home warranty company, oftentimes getting approval can be a long and drawn out process. However, as soon as he saw the situation, he immediately got in touch with the warranty company. We were a little worried this would be the first of numerous appointments (as has been our experience in the past with other companies), but they spent the time on the phone, conveying the situation to our warranty company, obtained approval, and immediately went to work to fix our ac! Michael and his associate were efficient and professional; we are incredibly grateful for their help, and would absolutely recommend them, and return to them for help in the future!

After arriving he assessed the situation and provide a briefing that described his findings and provided recommendations for service and service options.
