I was referred to this company by 2-10 Home Warranty. I opened the ticket on Sunday and the company wanted to visit my home Wednesday afternoon - this was all done by text. This time did not work for me so we scheduled Friday morning. Ok Wednesday night I got a text saying Thursday morning 7 to 10am. Ok - I changed things around to make this work. No call no show on Thursday until 1230 apologizing profusely and stating that they will be at my home on Friday. Friday - no call / no show. Their voicemail is full and can not accept new messages. I understand Omaha is under staffed - but then reject the warranty claim and let me please try to find another company. I don't even know if they provide quality work because they never made it to my home. I live in Omaha proper - so I am sure I am in their coverage area. Super duper sucks to have poor customer service during summer with a broken AC. :(
Great company, Michael took his time w explaining everything to me. Answered all my questions and gave me information on my furnance I wasnt aware of!! I would highly recommend this company!! Very satisfied.
