The best A/C service guy in the area. I've used several in recent years as my unit has been aging, and Mike was hands down the most professional and educated. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and his services were even cheaper than the other guys! I will be using Comfort Advisors for my next servicing.

Our A/C went out on a Friday afternoon after 5 pm, on the hottest day of the year so far! I was very nervous we wouldn’t get someone out to our house over the weekend. I called Mike and explained that we had a newborn and 2 year old and really could use a miracle! Without hesitation he offered to be over after his last scheduled call, saying it would be late, but understood our situation. He ended up coming out at 10 pm and repaired our A/C in the dark!! I have never been so thankful and he was such an easy person to work with. I can not recommend Comfort Advisors enough!

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Nebraska Furniture Mart. When they delivered it, I was told my air duct is too short and they're not allowed to hook it to the wall. I was completely confused as I just spent $1000s on the units. Anyway, googled air duct repair businesses in Omaha and Comfort Advisors came up first. I called and Michael, who I later found out was the owner, said he would come out, take a look, and will accommodate me on the same day. He came within 2 hours of our phone conversation and hooked up the air duct. Extremely professionally, friendly, and knowledgeable. I guess I just randomly found my new heating and cooling advisor lol! Lucky me!

Mike came out on time, patiently walked through what he was doing and the steps to repair our aging AC into to maximize its life, including next steps and recommendations to consider when replacing. He was great to work with and would highly recommend to anyone. He’s also very knowledgeable on geothermal- which will eventually replace the current systems of AC/furnace in the coming years. Several weeks ago my A/C unit ran out of refrigerant and my warranty company sent me to these guys after completing work Micheal informed about their financing options and options available for a new HVAC system as mine is 20+ years old. After a few weeks of deliberation we called them for an estimate the offer was fair and the quality of the products they carry are top notch. Micheal and his guys worked for 12 hours changing out my entire HVAC system today and couldn't be happier with the work. Professional, next day installation and all around wonderful work. Today my HVAC system entered the 21st century and I would highly recommend using this company to bring you there too! Fair pricing and honest people!

We are new home owners and bought an older home. We had to renovate a lot of things inside and started in the late fall. Fast forward to may and we go hit with a full week of temps soaring above 90 degrees. We were linked up with Michael from Comfort Advisors through our home warranty and he came out quickly.

Although the home warranty wouldn't cover the repair he walked us through a ton of options and was willing to make sure that our needs and budget were met. This man is patient....as in went through options until 9 pm at night with us. He made sure all of comfort needs were met including adding in a uv light system to help out a household full of allergy sufferers. When we finally decided on what we were doing we were a little worried about waiting for install...but he managed to get us in two days later before the next heat wave kicked in. He came out with his crew and replaced our ac, furnace and brought our thermostat into the 21st century. We couldn't be happier with the quality, patience and explanations that Comfort Advisors had. If you need Hvac services, Michael is your guy!

Michael Bland was insanely knowledgable, was willing to play ball with 2-10 warranty, and spoke kindly to myself and my mother who came to let him in while I was at work. I needed some sort of "kit"... it was backordered and backordered... Michael went around to all the part places and built his own "kit". He didn't have to do that. Could have kept telling me no parts are in yet. He did all the work submitting to my warranty company. He is definitely a busy man, but he is kind, patient, and SUPER smart at what he does.

The owner, Mike Bland, truly goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. While he was servicing my AC and furnace, I mentioned in passing my father and mother-in-law needed an AC and hadn’t had one in over 20 years. Mike took it upon himself to get their information, schedule a date, and install a new AC for them (they live 6 hours away). This is the type of care I look for in a company, above and beyond. Comfort Advisors definitely fits that description!

They were able to rectify the lack of air and the broken furnace. Giving us such a major upgrade to new units has been a game changer. They were able to fit us in the schedule for install super fast. After spending all day installing our units life is good. They did such an amazing job. Super professional, worth every penny and would highly recommend them to everyone!!
