Michael responded in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem with our heat pump, and got it fixed all very quickly. He was also flexible working with our schedule. Appreciative of his timeliness and responsiveness.

Michael came to my house for the heater downstairs in the basement. It’s an older heating system and he was able to get it running again in a very short time. Comfort Advisors was great to work with when replacing our furnace/air conditioner. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Michael tested everything and told us they problems. The first tome Comfort advisors came out was for my AC and he worked for a solid 5 hours to ensure we had AC and that it as was thoroughly cleaned and recharged during the heat wave.
The second time was due to a leak by my furnace. He was able to find and repair the problems with the hour of him reaching my house.
Each time he has only been polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft.

We very much recommend Comfort Advisors. We have an older furnace and parts are in delay/back order. As the parts were not coming after several days without heat, Michael went above and beyond the call of duty and he made his own parts that was on back order by buying the 3 separate parts and linking them into the furnace. The furnace is working beautifully now.
