I placed a claim with my home warranty and they scheduled Michael to come out. When I called Michael to see if he was coming he let me know my home warranty place did not notify him of the appointment (they’ve done this before) but he was still able to squeeze me in the next day between appointments which I really appreciated!

The guy that came out to check out my a/c told me I needed a new a/c. He opened up the compartment where all the cables were and saw that there were a lot of leaves and said there was a rat infestation. With that being said he stated he had to get approval first before he can get in there before he could do anything but submitted the claim so my insurance could buy it out. I told him to submit it for repair and he said that it had no repair due to an “act of god.” I was shocked of how quickly he came upon that decision with out removing the leaves to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong. I contacted my warranty and had them assign me to a different company for a second opinion and all there was wrong to it was just the motor. Would not recommend.

Since I cant reply from what they responded, that is completely false. Called warranty company and stated they never received any photos and from what was submitted was a buyout and nothing about repairs that could be done. Had to have them get another company and fix what this company could not do which was just replacing motor. He completed the job that could have been done in an hour. Thanks to this company I was with out a/c for 6 days. As a matter of fact warranty sent out the other company and found out it was debris and no rat infestation, they did see the dead rat that was there but nothing that a vacuum could vaccum up to clean to make sure there was any damage and found no damage except for the motor needing replaced.
