Great work. No upsell. Will tell you like it is. The big guys have outrageous repair prices to try to get you a buy a brand new unit. The real repair price from Jack is about %50 of the big guys price.

Jack was honest, professional, and reasonably priced! We have had a few A/C issues this season and he was very prompt with his appointments. Each time he was straight forward with the issue and did not try to upsell us!

I called this company to help my aunt who lives in Omaha . He was so kind and diligent with getting her ac repaired. She got a fantastic deal with great terms and she was "chillin" at her home as promised Monday evening after being without ac for nearly three months. They care about people and have a hard to find committed work ethic.

Needed a bid on an a/c and furnace. He said he would come around noon and he would call before he came. No show at all. No call either. Unprofessional and rude. I could have scheduled someone else.
