I have been using this company for three years. They are really great. Every time I have issues they come out the same day or the next day after I call. I was suppose to have another company come out three years ago when my furnace broke and that company no showed me so my warranty company referred me to these guys and I’m a life customer now. They always explain things to me, they are nice and respectful. I highly recommend them!
I almost never write reviews but this deserved one. The repair of my home AC unit was just completed recently so we'll see how it holds up as far as quality of work but their customer service is horrible. After coming out for an initial diagnostic, and being told a replacement part would need to be installed, I called multiple times for an update on scheduling with many unreturned calls and messages. After the job was completed a month later, the day after I get called 5 times in 6 hours asking for payment. These repeated calls were made before I even saw an invoice and after I told them that I was busy at work and couldn't deal with it until later in the day. Overall, it left me feeling treated as a payment, and not a customer.
Absolutely Terrible Service. Never Use this Company. Called and scheduled appointment twice to have them no show me both times, I even had to call them to let them know they missed the appointment, both times. I have a home warranty service and wanted them to come do the work, they then said that it was out of their area. According to google maps I am 25 minutes away, literally 21 miles. This right here is what is wrong with our trade industry. Companies like you that make everyone look bad! Thank you so much for you help Superior Heating and Cooling!!!
I was originally referred to Superior through our home warranty company in 2015. They worked hard to get a reasonable cost replacement for our ancient furnace through the warranty company. The remaining balance was paid by us and it was a very reasonable cost to replace with a higher efficiency unit. This is a family owned and run business and Lynelle and Jennifer have always been prompt, professional, and helpful. Even when I texted them in the middle of the night during winter with a newborn and my thermostat shut off! I highly recommend them!
This company is amazing they were at my house the day after I called them when our ac broke. Other companies said they couldn’t make it out til the following week as it’s the hottest days of the year 100+ degrees & they were too backed up. They had my ac fixed within 30 minutes & the guys were very friendly & knowledgeable.
I was referred to Superior Heating and Cooling through a home warranty claim on my furnace. The owner showed up on time with his apprentice, they were very professional and helpful and took the time to make sure all my issues were addressed and questions answered. I would definitely call them again for additional work if needed.
Good luck is someone calls you back. I called last week as well as my home warranty company. Both left messages for a return call that never happened. Business must be very good for this company to not even call back and let the customer know. Very bad business practice
When the guy finally came out he said to just hose down the coils. He personally didn't do it because he didn't bring his hook up- and there was no where to hook up a hose. He left saying it worked fine anyways. When we turned it back on it completely overheated and broke down. They better not charge me for coming out to tell me it worked when it clearly didn't and now I have more repairs due to their negligence.
The heat at my storefront was not working, messaged Superior Saturday evening and they were very responsive although it was after hours. They came out Sunday am and had the heat working better than it had ever been before. Fast, Responsive, Precise service, highly recommended.
