We use HMS home warranty, who I also strongly don't recommend. They use cross country home services to find their sub contractors. Who eventually landed on superior heating and cooling. At first it was great. Or, at least, it sounded great. Service was several days out, which is to be expected, it is summer after all.
"We can get that in for you Friday". Sweet. Have Ac for the weekend. All is well. Right? No call, no show, refused to answer the phone or return text messages. 9pm I get a text saying they won't be making it today. Really?!? Are you kidding me?
Fast forward to several days later. I get a text, the guy will be at your place in 20 minutes. Install will take 2 hours. Fine, let's get this done. Pack up my job site and head home. Get there in 15. Good we beat him there.
30 minutes go by. Text and call them. No response.
60 minutes, more unanswered texts and calls.
90 minutes. Repeat.
120 minutes. Hmm. Maybe she's dodging me specifically? Call from wife's phone. Immediate answer.
Listen as my wife rips this chick in the phone a new one.
No one is coming to my house today, they meant tomorrow, but rather than correcting themselves, they wasted two hours of my time and 2 hours of my wife's. Costing us hundreds in productivity.
Screw this company. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. They're terrible.
Well I’ve had no problem with this company at all, once I contacted them to put in a furnace they where very professional and set a date to install they where there on time plus got the job done. I am very satisfied with there work and I’ll be calling them from now on for any additional work I may need in the future. Furnace is up and running well. Thanks to Lanell and his team
Both numbers for this business terminate immediately in a voice-mailbox that has not been setup. At this point, I'm not even sure they are a company at all.
Probably the least professional organization I have ever done business with in any industry. Unresponsive, unreliable, and when it comes time to clean up their mistakes, they throw profane temper tantrums, lie and blame their screw-ups on the customer. Absolutely stunning how terrible they are.
Customer service could be better, but very satisfied with their willingness to provide same-day service in a binding situation. Technicians have been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Rude, just incredibly rude! The owner answered the phone, interrupted me, laughed like a freakin hyena that I called and wanted to know when they’d be out since it’s been a week since HWA set up an appointment.
This is a locally owned family business that delivers fast professional and friendly service. Call them first before you call anyone else for your home environmental needs.
