As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of companies. Official Services is my got to HVAC companies. They have done a lot of work for me and they are great. If I'm in a jam and need them quickly, they are there. They are also reasonably priced. I recommend them to my clients.

I have been managing my own rental properties over 10 years. Official Services is my first choice whenever I get calls from my tenants asking for heating and Air repair. They always arrive on time and get job done right. I also have hired them replacing a number of units. They are honest and their prices are reasonable. And they treat my tenants with respect. Official Services came recommended to us from a friend when one of our older A/C units died at the beginning of this spring. Every step of the process was handed professionally., not to mention it was at a great price. The biggest compliment that I can give to the company though came through a mistake that was made and how it was handled. One of the installers drilled through the facing of one of our composite deck boards not realizing what he had one. My wife pointed it out to him and informed me what had had happened. Before I had a chance to address the situation with the owner, the owner called me and told me what happened and offered to pay for the damage. You can ask for anything more out of a company. I highly recommend Official Services for your HVAC needs.

Juan and Official Services and his technicians are simply the best and do a great job whether it be a new HVAC system install, performing an annual maintenance checkup or an equipment down service call. Great response, awesome work ethic and reasonable cost.

Honest, hard working, reliable, dependable. I can’t say enough about this company! On two separate occasions (July 2019 & most recently this past weekend) they have helped me out of a possible bad situation. In July, I needed to replace my 20 year old A/C, and this past weekend my 41 year old furnace said goodbye. Both times Official Services was there to help.
