Not happy with the service. I wanted to like em but they earned that 2 stars. I received poor customer service. The complaints I had were put back on me such as the 6 installers not wearing masks in my house and the scheduling for inspection that was made for veterans day and my time wasted. Apparently it was my fault. The customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT. It is bad business to blame your customer for things they're not happy about. I would not recommend.

We had Vitt a year ago to add duct work for our basement finishing and were satisfied with the work which was also the most reasonable we found ($2,500). We called them today after a couple weeks of our furnace not turning on when it should have consistently leaving us to manually have to restart it to get it going again. They were able to come out today and determined the issue was a pressure gauge getting stuck due to needing cleaning. It would have been $89 + $129 ($218 total). We were offered to consider their annual maintenance program ($220 a year - fall service check and cleaning for furnace and spring service check and cleaning for AC) but still would have also added $89 diagnostic fee. They allowed the $89 fee to be waived for signing up for the annual service so we ultimately paid $2 extra and we still have a spring AC cleaning to look forward to that’s paid for. All in all, a good deal, fast service, and my house is warm again!

Great service! They were very nice and got the job done in a timely manner. We had called another company about our unit and they told us they were unable to fix it. Vitts came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked. Thank you. 😁 Our house feels ten times better now.

The crew showed up on time and were very respectful of the COVID-19 Situation. The Job was done well and they made sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left. The New Unit is installed and running well and is better then what was in and with a cleaner install. They even made sure everything around the area was cleaned up. It was a great experience.

Had some repair work. The Tech was great, I have changed the stars due to cost. Charging high part cost plus diagnostic when I have you do the work this is garbage. I am all for paying a fee for install and parts. Almost 400 dollars to install a $25 dollar part.

Vitt was fantastic. Our HVAC went out and they had a rep out the next day to give us an estimate. Their prices were very fair and they scheduled our installation which involved a crane within two days. The techs were very professional and efficient. Could not recommend them more highly

The repairs were made very quickly. I was treated very well.

The second time Nick came out, I had thought the hot water tank was leaking. He helped me figure out that I actually had a plumbing issue and recommended a plumber for me. He went above and beyond.

My AC was leaking and I called around 7:30 am. Eric was at my house by 8:30. He was extremely polite and explained what the problem was and quickly fixed it. He also said he could do a service check on the unit since he was already at my house. Very pleased with the professionalism and service!

I called a bit before 3 pm and Nick was in our home by 5. The A/C was fixed by 6. Nick did a great job explaining what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He showed us the problem before fixing it so we understood the repair. We would definitely call again and ask for Nick if needed.

Our heater wasn’t working so we emailed the Vitt team and they had someone come out the same day. We ended up needing our ignition circuit board replaced and our technician went and bought a replacement and had it installed within 2 hours of arriving to perform a diagnostic. Great service, very professional, highly recommend!

The family has been using Vitt 40 + years now on 5 different houses. They give consistent, honest service with no up-sell tactics. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They've never tried to sell us something we don't need and never failed to fix what they came to fix.
