Great service, fair prices. They’ve helped us out multiple times. Cole was our technician a few times and he was excellent. Highly recommend

First snow of the season and on the eve of one of the coldest days in years, Vitt was able to come to my home within the hour to service my malfunctioning furnace. The service tech was extremely friendly, honest and helpful. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

The technician, David, was knowlegeable, prompt and professional. Vitt Heating and Cooling has a new life-long client.

They sent someone over to see why my heating system is not working properly. After 2 hours he still did not know to solve the problem. He was on the phone with his boss, trying to figure out what was going on. I kindly explained to an employee at Vitt what happened. I was requesting a partial refund. They said no & further explained that Vitt could have charged more for the time he spend there.

Never using this company again and I suggest you look for different company too.

First off I called early morning and a guy took all my information and informed me they would be there around 7 am. They did not show up until 7:30 pm. After numerous attempts to contact them throughout the morning some lady told me it was an answering service I had talked to and that they did not check any of the messages when they got in.

Second they decided to charge me Sunday/Holiday rate and it was neither. It was on Friday and was not a Holiday. My wife called to ask about it and they were very rude to her while saying Fridays are Sundays and that we should be thankful they came at all. I guess they think they are the only HVAC company.

Use them if you have to but beware they don't use a real calendar and arbitrarily decide what day of the week it is.

These people still haven't repaired the damage their tech.did to my furnace. this was intentional damage done by mike who left his robe and hood in his truck, and also over charged me 200.00 for a $40.00 filter, stating (we have to make money too}. Their office defended this BUM, so if you want honest service, there are many companies in this area that will give good and honest service. Before you waste your money on this SORRY Company, Check their web sight with the B.B.B. Vitt is so arrogant, they don't even respond to them.

Avoid this business at ALL COSTS - they will take your money, break your system and then try to get you to sign up for "financing" so they can charge you THOUSANDS in repairs.

I call Vitts heating and cooling for a A/C check up, The tech that came out did not know what he was doing, I had to call another company to do the job right, vitts tech released frion and the company refused to reimburse me for my cost

They promptly arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem. They recommended repair with a 6 week wait on parts. They didn’t recommend unit replacement even though manufacturers warranty provided for it. When I mentioned it, they verified it. Used a different company because Vitt’s install cost ($2500) was double what we paid to swap out furnace with exact same make and model with another company, so no ductwork involved.

Vitt heating and cooling was amazing. Our HVAC system has been on its last leg for a few years and during the heat it decided to die. I got several estimates from other “big name” companies. I was amazed at the prices they were quoting. My neighbor told me that they use Vitt and I should give them a call. So I did. They use Carrier equipment gave me multiple options and came in at a much more reasonable price that what some of the big name companies did for the “cheap junk”. I understand you get what you pay for but when I am asked to pay twice as much for a Goodman which will be broken in a few years for the same price as a Carrier system that will out last it. I don’t know how some of these companies sleep at night. Vitt is the only company I will use again. They seem to be very, very knowledgeable they service technician Nick, was amazing and the install team was above reproach.
