    This company replaced replaced my air condidtioning and heater in my house in February 2021. An 8 year warranty for both. Since then I've had to fork out $1100 for a condenser and tvx last summer 2022. 2 guys came out. Wrong part ordered from previous tech. Wish I had a camera both techs spent 9 hours here. 7 of them in the van. Well 6 given their lunch break.

    Come October 22 2022 and my thermostat switch goes out. Tech comes out orders wrong part. Been going a week now still haven't received a part. Someone came out and said they were going to charge me to ease my mind.

    I financed an A/C and Heating system and they give me faulty equipment and then charge me over a thousand while they sit in their vans for hours.

    Called to make an appointment for an entire new heating and cooling unit quote this past Friday with Vitt for a 12pm appointment that Sunday, my only day off this entire week, and was told it would be no later than 2pm.
    I call at 2:05, Carley answers and says she doesn’t understand why he wasn’t there yet and after a brief hold couldn’t get a hold of the assigned tech after a call to his work and personal cell. She said she’d called me back within 20 minutes with an answer, a new tech assigned, or to reschedule. After attempting to call back at 3:45, on the 5th call they picked up. Carley said she completely forgot to call me back and that someone forget to tell a tech about my appointment all together and I wasn’t on the schedule at all and never was.
    Unreal.
    Truly one of the worst first encounters with any company I’ve ever worked with.

    Vitt is great! I was recommended to them from a friend and am so glad I was told about them. Kevin got me such a good deal on my heating and cooling system. Jacob did a great job on the install , leaving everything clean and explained how to use the new thermostat. I recommend Vitt to anyone who wants a great experience and good prices.

    It was easy to schedule and appointment and I was notified in advance that the technician was on his way. He was very polite and professional. There were a number of problems with my AC. He explained the least expensive repair options for my budget and also outlined the short and long term pros and cons of repair vs replacing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very respectful of my decision making progress and was in no way pushy about the various options. He clearly has the customer's best interest in mind. I've use other companies in the past that I felt were condescending to me as a woman and I very much appreciated the respectful and courteous treatment I received. Vitt will be my go to option for heating and cooling in the future.

    I called Vitt after-hours and left a message with the answering service. Technician Nick Meyer responded right away and agreed to drive 45 minutes to take a look at my boiler heating system. With the help of someone else on FaceTime, I was able to solve the problem by myself just moments before Nick arrived at my house. He was very polite and professional when I told him what happened and that I wouldn’t need his help after all. After a 45-minute drive, too! I so appreciate his professionalism and good customer service.

    We hired Vitt heating and cooling to fix a room that was not getting any airflow. They came out and charged us $650 and stated that the problem had been fixed. Our tenant called us to notify us that the room was still not getting any airflow. When we notified Vitt Heating and Cooling, they told us that we would have to submit another work order and we would be billed a second time. We stated that the problem they claimed to have fixed during the original request had not been resolved to which they replied "that was the cheaper solution and there was no guaranty that it would fix the problem and if you want it fixed properly that is was going to cost more". We then hired another heating and cooling vendor and they came out and fixed the problem the first time and only charged us $250. We told Vitt that we wanted our money back for work that was not resolved and the owner stated that he would have to look into it. It has been over 2 months and after numerous attempts of getting a refund we just keep getting the run around from the owner. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE WORK.

    After 2 company's failed to show up for my ac repair I called Vitt heating and air. They were very professional and polite on the phone when I set up my appointment. Nick was my technician and he was absolutely awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and great at his job. He has passion for what he does and he does it right! I felt very comfortable with him in my house and he was very respectful with explaining everything going on with my ac. There was no pressure as he went over everything and what he recommended to fix my ac and gave estimates as he went along so we were aware of the cost as well! I will continue to use Vitt for any hvac repairs in the future and I highly recommend them! My ac went out during a heat wave and he had it fixed no problem.

    Luke was on time and very professional. He was probably the kindest, most pleasant serviceman we’ve had in our home….and we’ve had many. He discovered the problem quickly and laid out our options with great communication and honest detail. Thank you Vitt, for sending him our way in such a timely manner, especially after we had to reschedule a few times.

    BEWARE. My intention is to help other consumers avoid being taken advantage of. I called VITT for assistance with my furnace which was no longer blowing out warm air. The technician was friendly. He claimed that he needed to replace a part but that didn't solve the issue. He didn't leave the old part as honest technicians usually do. I have no idea of knowing what he actually did. After paying over $200 for the alleged repair I was then told that I needed a brand new furnace! If I needed an entirely new furnace the technician should've been experienced enough to tell me that before I paid for a repair that didn't resolve the issue. I decided to get a second opinion before purchasing a new furnace. Upon getting a second opinion I discovered that I did not need a new furnace and that there was a simple part that needed replacing. The second technician left the part that he repaired and the furnace worked fine thereafter.

    Proceed with caution. I was almost hustled into purchasing a new furnace.

    from the Salesman I purchased the equipment from, to the office personnel and every field service person I have had come to our house. Competitive pricing to boot! It’s great dealing with smiling, comfortable folks that seem glad to see you every time they show up.
    UNPARALLELED in my estimation! I couldn’t give this company a stronger recommendation if you are thinking about using them. If they treat all of their customers the way they have treated us, you will be thrilled from the first time you reach out to them.
