Vitt Heating & Cooling

My A/C went out a few days ago. Did some online research and found Vitt. Called late on a Friday afternoon and got an immediate response. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The technician showed up right on time. Explained to me what he was going to do and went to work. Found the issue and explained what the repair would be and the cost. He had to order some parts so the repair was scheduled for the following day. Again, he was right on time. He did the repair and A/C seems to be working fine. The company’s communication throughout was awesome, and the technician did a great job explaining what was happening so that I understood. I would highly recommend Vitt.

These guys were great. Nick and Luke were super friendly, professional and thorough. We had a leak in our ceiling from the AC and had already had 2 other companies come out and try and fix it to no avail.The guys form Vitt were able to diagnose it and fix it and even stayed late to make sure the leak didn’t come back. Would 100 percent recommend Vitt to anyone.

I called their emergency number around 7pm not realizing it was the emergency number. They were very polite and took my name and number and said someone would contact me the following day. Someone reached out first thing the next day and a technician was at my house by 8am that same day. They were polite, informative, and professional. Overall, a great experience as a first time customer.

We used them as an emergency repair because our AC guy was out of town. Our motor went out on our unit and the technician replaced outr motor with a rescue motor. When our AC guy was back in town he came over to check it because it kept tripping the breaker. We had an Electrician come to check and he said it is the Rescue motor that it is causing the issue. Our AC guy said the RESCUE MOTOR is a bandaid till they can order the correct motor for our unit. My Dad call the company Vitt first, manager Megan was VERY rude to him and told him he got what he paid for he argued that we did not because did not a factory motor, she said those are the only motors they use and they are not rescue motors, that they are universal motors. Then I called Megan and she basically told me the same the thing so we took picture of the motor where it planning says rescue motor right on the motor.

So 2 other companies said that motor should be switched out and that the way he wired it is unsafe and we have young children who play in the backyard.
SO WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE they to shady work and charge you factory motors and use cheaper motors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They charged charged almost 500 dollars for a rescue moto, but we did not know it was a rescue motor, my AC guy said that is a good price thinking it was a factory motor, but when Dad told Megan he want the factory motor that should be in there, Megan said they could order it but it would be another 480 dollars, which is insane. CAN YOU SAY SCAM.

This was my first time using this company and I needed them in a bad way. I boiler pilot light went out. I called them today and they had two very nice gentleman come and relit my boiler now I have heat. I will see u in two weeks for u to service my building. Thank you so much.

The repairman was thorough and very professional. Although an evening call, he took his time explaining everything and there was no extra charge. They were willing to help me process the repairs through my warranty company even though they were not contracted with them. This was amazing customer service!

Rick was able to fix my ac unit within an hour of making the initial call. Super friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Rick provided me with a few options to fix my furnace also and I was very impressed overall with my entire experience. Highly recommend Vitt for their low cost, timely and professional heating and cooling services. 10/10

The folks at Vitt were terrific. I needed service on my mini split AC and they came out within 18 hrs of my call! Got the job done well at an affordable, very competitive price! Eric, the technician, was superb. Very professional but friendly. I'm moving all my heating and cooling needs to Vitt!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Vitt Heating and Cooling did for us. They gave us a great deal on a furnace and ac unit. Randall came to our house on a cold Saturday morning. He was very nice and polite. We had our furnace and ac installed by Monday. If you ever need heating and cooling service done call Vitt. They will do you right.

As a proud tradesmen myself it is rare that I find a company that is surpasses my standards for promptness, friendliness, cleanliness, and is also affordable. Vitt Heating and Cooling did just that. Jerry was responsive and knowledgeable while helping me navigate system choices, what I needed and didn't, and in getting back to me promptly. Eric the technician was knowledgeable, diligent and came in clutch the two times he came to my house. This company has also worked on my boiler and did great job there too. Couldn't recommend them enough.
