Wonderful service - would highly recommend! Jake came out in the middle of the night (literally midnight) and fixed our broken A/C. Very friendly and did a great job explaining what had happened. Fixed in around 30 minutes. Sitting in our gloriously cool house!

Eric was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. They were here within 2 hours of when I called- during a heat wave. I was honestly expecting to be with AC for much longer. I am grateful for their prompt and excellent service!

Came out on a holiday to fix my ac, fixed the problem, checked everything in the system and even cleaned the unit with the hose. I called Vitt, as a first time customer because I was looking for a new HVAC company . After seeing their commercials (which I loved) I checked them out on line. I do appreciate that they are family owned and have been around for some time. My service man was Nick M. he was friendly, knowledgeable and informed me of the services that Vitt offers to their customers but he was not pushy. He explained it all to me and let me make up my mind of what I thought I could afford and what I needed. He did a complete job and explained all of my questions. I got the 5 star treatment and the feeling that they treat all their customers this way new or long time. I am hoping that this will be a long time partnership for me to utilize for their maintenance and care of both my heating and cooling system

Craig was on time. He explained the issue and secured parts to repair a high efficiency boiler. I received an estimate immediately and booked installation based on arrival of parts. Courteous. Clean. Thorough. Respectful of my time and I would highly recommend.

Our furnace went out and I was able to get a tech (Eric) out the same day, within two hours of the call. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Took care of the problem quickly, and wore a mask the entire time. This is the second time we’ve used Vitt and we highly recommend.
