Vitt was able to send a technician to our home within an hour of calling them. The technician was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He completed all the necessary repairs to seal all fuel line leaks so that our gas service could safely be restored. We called four companies (including ones offering emergency 24/7 services) and Vitt was the only one able to come same day. I found their price to be reasonable.

My technician, Joe Stone, was very friendly, professional, and informative. He went over all the details of my systems and the thought processes of how he came to the diagnosis of my system. He successfully repaired my AC within the hour. He also gave me information about maintenance and expected lifespan of the system. Overall overjoyed with the interaction/experience I had.

Vitt came out and looked at my old unit one hour after I called them. A few days later, they had a quote for a new unit (gave me many options). In less than 24 hours after signing the contract, they had the new unit installed. They were fast, very professional, and gave great information. I was very impressed with their service. The prices were in the same range as the other companies that gave me quotes.

From start to finish I have been very impressed! My sales rep Jerry was great! The technicians that came out to install were also great. They got here exactly when they said they would. I'm very happy with my new system.

We are in the middle of a heat snap and Vitt was able to come out within an hour and a half of calling. Other biz's were giving me times for the following day which isn't great when the heat index is 106⁰.
