Every interaction with Vitt’s Employees (from the Call Rep., Consultation Rep., and The Awesome Technicians) were extremely exceptional:) All of my questions and needs were met! Vitt made a potentially stressful situation so easy to understand and straight forward. Their prices and processes exceeded my expectations. Technicians Jerry and Nick were so kind, warm, and forthcoming about details from the moment they arrived. I laughed and smiled the entire visit. I couldn’t have chosen a better family oriented company! I will gladly recommend Vitt to others.. Thank you all so much for your wonderful work and craft:)

Water heater died on a Saturday- called Monday morning for an appt, Vitt worked us in and had it fixed by late afternoon when 3 other companies were unable to assist at all, and the 3rd couldn't get an appt for a week. Professional and reasonable.

After a brief misunderstanding, Vitt sent a technician out to fix a minor wiring problem. Technician was prompt and fixed the problem quickly. Will never use any other hvac company!

These guys that did the installed are excellent. Very trust worthy and nice. Felt very safe with them in my house. Fantastic job and If anyone needs a new A/C or Heating I will tell them about you guys. I just can not say enough about these guys and this company. Joe worked so hard for us and we appreciate that. Teresa also worked hard for us. Lisa was so very nice. You guys are the BEST.

Arrived on time. Did awesome work and were very good at getting my questions answered. From Jerry (salesperson) to Matt, Kendall, Dylan,and Nick were all very talented and very professional. Thanks i will be referring and using again.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise when we went to bed. We called them at 7:30 and they were here within a half hour! Very pleasant and had us all repaired in 3 hours. Would recommend them.

Extremely professional and honest. I very much appreciated that the service man who came advised that the part should be under warranty. Very thoughtful and aware of expenses even though we needed the work done and really had no choice as it was subzero temperatures outside. Will definitely use them again!

Eric from Vitt came in the wake of snowmageddon 2022 when my bower motor was going out. Coils were clogged like crazy and cleaned them out for me. He tried to see if that would solve it (and save me money), but it was too late for the motor at that point. He called his guy to get the new one, went to grab it, and got my heat back. I regret not getting maintenance on it before winter, but it is what it is. Will totally use these guys again and I recommend you do as well.

I called Vitt's afterhours service earlier this week for repair of our 1st floor furnace. A tech called me back very quickly & arrived promptly. He was friendly, showed good COVID protocol, & diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes. While he had to go back to the shop for the replacement part, he otherwise resolved the issue & had our heat back on quickly. The tech was great.

My poor rating lies with the cost of the part. I was comfortable with the upcharge for an afterhours diagnostic - no concern there. But the part retails for under $50 & I was charged $285 on top of the diagnostic charge. Being that the actual hands-on time to actually service the machine was less than 30 minutes, $285 seems quite excessive to me.

10 years ago, Vitt was the only company that would climb into our 2nd floor attic to repair our AC unit in 100+ degree temps. I've stuck with them since then, but this last experience has turned me off & I will not be calling Vitt again in the future.

Our AC stop cooling on Saturday. When we called they said Jake would call us as soon as possible. He called within 5 minutes. Not only did he arrive when he said he would but he was very polite and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly. He let us know the cost upfront. It is the best Ac company we had the pleasure doing business with. We will definitely us them again.
