They charged me $510 to cut out a leaking ice maker valve and install a new one. It was a 30 minute job with $15 worth of parts and something I could have easily done on my own if I wasn’t out of town. Felt like they were exploiting our situation and took clear advantage of us. Very disappointed and will be cancelling our service plans with them.

Mike did a great job doing our annual heating service. He went beyond just the service. Mike asked about the carbon monoxide detectors in our house. Mike stated CO gas is heavier than breathing air and the CO detectors should be low to the floor. Mike suggested to get the plug in ones. great information. Thanks Mike

Mike Whetstone is one of the best technicians and always does his best job. He fixed my furnace extremely quickly and was straight forward on the cause and potential prevention steps for the future. I had a plumbing problem, and Derek was very professional and considerate. He verified the problem, and continued to fix the problem in a very timely manner. After having 3 previous problems, I was very relieved he fixed the problem quickly ad correctly. He arrived on time, and completed in a good time.

Cole did a superb job of diagnosing the plumbing issue I had. He arrived on time and explained the problem and how he would address it. He opened the kitchen drain and let me know what steps might be needed to completely resolve the problem.

They were able to do same day service, which we desperately needed because the gas company turned our gas off because of an unknown gas leak. Since the gas company no longer comes in your house due to Covid, they just turn your gas off and tell you to call a plumber. Shane came out, identified the leak (2) in the line to the hot water tank, fixed them and then waited for the gas company to come back and do their pressure test to see if the gas could be formed back on. Shane waited a long time for them to come so we would be without gas. He was thorough and very patient with me because I’m scared to death of gas. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional people. They had a $79 main line cleaning with free camera inspection. That's unheard of.
