The company is responsive and I would recommend so someone in need. I have to knock 1 star off for my specific customer experience.

Customer experience
I was supposed to be a preferred customer however they didn’t have notes in system. Not the end of the world just an extra $100 hit to get my spring maintenance. The company was very responsive over the phone.

Service experience
McDaniel repaired my inducer motor and came back a month later to fix the install. The original serviceman that installed was in my residence for 10 minutes for a repair that cost $900. The followup visit was free within 30 days.

From the first lady I talked with all the way threw the installation, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff came to the house and figured out the perfect system to meet all my needs and never once did I feel pressured like with the other companies I received estimates to replace my entire system. When Will and Evan showed up to install system, they did an outstanding job, they addressed all my concerns and answered the many questions I had along the way. They wouldn’t leave until they knew I was satisfied. I would highly recommend these guys and McDaniel Furnace.

Evan & Will did an exceptional job replacing my 21 year old Carrier HVAC system with a brand new one. They were on time, explained everything, friendly and professional. I could tell the two of them were a great team that worked well together. Great team. Jeff my salesman was great to work with. We went with the air scrubber and it’s supposed to kill bacteria and that was important to me. Extremely satisfied with new equipment and the install. Took the time to cover all carpeting and left work area clean. Installers were friendly, quick and did a super neat and clean job. Information explained clearly and rebate documentation made easier. Would highly recommend McDaniel.

Best experience on home repair issues I’ve ever had. The techs that installed our system were patient with us. Took their time to explain how and why. We’re super open with us about the process while pointing out other plumbing issues we need to address. Our guys were Evan and will and Antonio. Great experience and got a follow up call from the office to make sure we are happy with the job less than an hour after the guys left! 5 stars for sure!

The overall performance by Evan and Will was great. They worked very diligently, kept homeowner informed of the install process, cleaned up very well.

We got five bids from five different neighborhood-referred companies, McDaniel included. Our referring neighbor had nothing but good things to say about this company. Theirs wasn't the lowest bid; nor was it the highest. But, from the initial call to their office, to the sales/estimating pro, to the two doing the installing, this company was professional and answered all our questions and then some. During installation, I asked Will and Evan about the positioning of some exhaust pipe and concerns I had. The "why" of the situation was explained very clearly to my complete understanding. When all was said and done, they tweaked the positioning a little based on our conversation, which I did not expect, but am extremely happy with. Their knowledge and careful consideration of the issue led them to a very professional solution and adjustments that resulted in satisfied customers. Great job. Would recommend!

Can’t say enough about this company. I have used them numerous times and will continue to use them in the future. The service technicians Evan and Will were outstanding and very polite friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff was also great. He knew exactly what I needed and took the extra time to explain everything to me. Not trying to sell me on something I did not need. You will never find another company that is as good as this one and very affordable on their products. I would recommend this company to everyone.
