2 service trips and now no Heat, thanks for nothing McDaniel

Service tech came out twice, 2 days in a row, and wasn't able to fix problem despite being told what it was and what a tech from 3 years ago said the problem was who had fixed it previously. Furnace now won't kick on and house is ice cold on 3rd day.

Don't call McDaniel unless you want to a freezing house in the winter.

Serviceman was on time and friendly. We thought the system in our 2 story was bad, but did not know about the" dampers". He adjusted them and explained to us how to work them.

Would like to say Thanks to Chris Collins for the very Professional and Informative Servicing of my AC. He is a very good technician and we appriciate his work and the knowledge he brings to the job.
