Ted's Heating and Cooling

Ted was very personable, prompt, and skilled. He came out the same day he received a call from me and fixed our AC! He was willing to explain every step of the process throughout his visit and gave tips for future upkeep in a way that was easy to understand. He was very upfront about pricing for his services and itemized his bill for additional clarity. If we have heating or cooling issues again, we'll definitely be calling for Ted!

I reached out to Ted due to his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I needed service due to the fact that my AC wouldn't work. I had to leave him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He informed me that he can be by the same day to take a look at it. He reached out to me again and let me know that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes. That was appreciated. Upon arrival he began his diagnoses and got right to the issue, he replaced the component that had failed and had the air conditioner running in no time. He preceded to check out the entire cooling system and did so with good conversation and in a professional manor. There was no attempt to up sale un needed parts and I was happy with the final service bill. I will be calling Ted's Heating and Cooling the next time I need service for sure. Highly recommended!!

I have never had a bad experience with Ted. He is always very honest, has great prices and he is the one we call any time we have issues. We would wait a week to get our stuff fixed if it meant having him come out. He is honestly the best!

Called ted yesterday and told him that I needed the mother bored fixed on my furnace. He told me to send pictures to him. He was out the next day. Got it fixed and did an amazing job. Thanks for your work and definitely highly recommended.

Ted is hands down the best at HVAC. He has never tried to sell me something unnecessary and has always been able to fix whatever the problem may be with my unit. It's OLD, but he consistently will try to fix it before even thinking about replacing it. He's always friendly and has had to come to my house after hours or weekends every time and he has never seemed put off by having to come out on his time off, in the pouring rain and even during a massive snow storm. Was having some A/C issues and called a few other companies out for a quote. They all wanted to sell me a whole new system. Called Ted out and he suggested just fixing my unit. He could have tried to sell me a new system like the rest but was honest and only did what needed to be done. No issues since, I would highly recommend.

Ted was able to get to my house quickly when I had no AC in 95 degree weather. He spent two hours thoroughly trying to find the issue. Unfortunately, the AC was beyond repair, but I plan on hiring Ted to install a new one. Plus, my timid dog loved him right off the bat. You know they’re a good man when your dogs love ‘em.

I do not remember his name and I do not know if he is the owner my heat went out lastnight 11/8 on 60th st he was there bright and early I let him in I never have to worry about him being in my house I work from home so I only had enough time to let him in. He was done quickly and gave me some great life advice! I appreciate personal professional people like this!! He is always a happy pleasure when he has to come fix things! 10 outta 10 recommend!!!!!!!
