I called Ted after hours and he picked up the phone to walk me through some basic troubleshooting since it might take some time to get out. We have a newborn so it was critical to us and he took the time to walk me through. I can’t be more thankful.

By far the best! Water heater wouldn't stay lit. He called & walked me through the rest & BAM we had hot water! All over video chat! Ginuwine cared about ppl & not just making a fast buck! Rare to find with companies now a days. Will definitely be calling for anymore repairs!

Called him pretty late because we had a gas leak on our furnace and the gas was turned off. Figured it would take a day or so to get to us, no big deal, it’s summertime, and we could do without hot water for a day or two, but he made it out that night and got us going again. Did a great job!

I summited a request online and he promptly emailed me back. He actually called me and walked me through what was wrong and making sure it was not something that I couldn't fix myself so that I didn't have to get charged needlessly. He did end up helping me fix my air conditioner and he was the nicest person while doing so. I highly recommend using him.
