Ted's Heating and Cooling

Technician was fantastic. Returned my phone call within a day, made scheduling a breeze and diagnosed the issue and had it fix within an hour. Best of all, they charge reasonable prices so we didn't break the bank. Highly recommend them and they will be my go to for now on.

Ted has replaced our a/c unit at the last minute in 90 degree weather. He was so fast, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Without his service, our family of 5 and our 2 dogs would've been miserable! We liked him so much that we had him take a look at our furnace. He showed us some tricks to get us by until we could save for a new one, which we just had him replace today. I thought it might be an all day thing, but he and his work associate were very speedy and clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for heating/cooling problems!!!

Ted is fabulous! He is very prompt to return calls, extremely thorough on his work, and his pricing is excellent. I have had him come service our air conditioner and heating unit twice (once each), and he provides top-notch service. He explains what he is doing and takes the time to teach us how to better maintain our air/heat units so that we can eliminate service calls in the future. Other companies (or individuals) I have dealt with are very much in the business for the money, take short cuts, and overcharge. Ted is not like the rest. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their heating and cooling needs!

We were having a problem with our air conditioner and called Ted, who came out that same day and fixed the problem. He also checked out the furnace for winter while he was there, even when we had not made an appointment for him to do that-. We thought we might have to replace the air conditioner, but he found the problem and fixed it, saving us a lot of money! He was courteous, honest and helpful in answering our questions - he definitely knows his business! We would highly recommend Ted's Heating & Cooling. Five stars to Ted!

SO thankful to have Ted's Heating & Cooling!! The best customer service I have experienced in a really long time. He takes the time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done. They were able to get to my house quickly and worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I just want to say ted is the most honest repair man ever, about a week ago we had furnace issues he made time to come out that evening let us know honestly that it was likely the motor going out and he was right next day it did he was so great when i called he got to us really quick cleaned the fan and replaced the motor for almost half of what any other company would of charged, had to call him again this week because the hot water tank went on the fritz again ted was here same day and again amazing advice . If you are looking for honest good repair service please choose Ted .

Exceptional service! I came home to find my furnace not working, so I googled furnace repair and found Ted's Heating & Cooling. Ted was able to arrive within an hour which was great! While inspecting my furnace he was sharing what he was doing and looking for. Luckily the sensor was just dirty and needed cleaning so all I was charged was a service fee.

The service was quick on one of the hottest days of the year. While the tech was with me, he taught me some things I should be doing all the time to keep up the unit, which was fantastic.

Ted's doesn't have commissioned sales people working on your equipment, so you get the best deal possible. Fix it rather than replace. I will definitely call on them in the future!

It is extremely rare these days to interact with service personnel while remaining completely confident that they have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Ted's. My call was returned expeditiously and arrangements for service were convenient for my schedule. No extra charges for after hours. It is impossible to find enough pleasant things to say.

What an excellent display of customer service Ted displays. I called Ted this morning to fix our AC unit and he told me he would try to work me in his schedule today. He also took time to try and help me trouble shoot to try and fix it myself. I called several other big name companies only to be told they couldn't get to me today. Ted called me back around 12:45 and said he was right around the corner from me and came right over and in less than 10 minutes we had air conditioning. Awsome Awsome guy Thank you Ted I will be recommding you to everyone I know.
