Ted is the reason I love to support small business and our community. He is honest and fair, he cares about his customers and you get a very personal experience with him. Our unit went completely out and he tried to fix it without costing us an arm and a leg but unfortunately we didn't get so lucky. Well Ted was great once our insurance went through be even changed his schedule to accommodate us so we didn't have to go another day in the heat. He even worked late to make sure it was done right. That's the kind of service I look forward to. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you Ted

We called in the afternoon for an issue with my AC, he not only showed up on time the same evening, but called ten minutes before to verify we still needed the service and give a time of arrival. He was polite, professional and very instructional. He went through things thoroughly and quickly until the issue was found and fixed. I would recommend Ted's Heating And Cooling over and over again. I have found my new heating and cooling guy.

Have used multiple times since moving in to our house a few years back. By far the best heating and ac company we have encountered.

Ted was extremely knowledgeable, and treated me as if I was his daughter. My husband and I just bought our 1st home and so a lot of learning comes with owning your own home. I called him last night and he quickly returned my call, I explained my issues with my air conditioner and he explained some possible issues that could be going on with the air conditioner over the phone, giving me a few options to try before having him come out and paying a service charge. Not even knowing who I was, he was open and honest and not out to just take my money. After doing what he had recommended I try, I still felt that I needed to have him come out and take a look. Called him the next morning and he was able to swing by our house that morning. Making me feel like a priority. So thanks again Ted for your help. Ted was great in helping my mom get her air working again! He was quick to call back and answered all of our questions thoroughly. This man is so HARD WORKING! He didn't suggest repairs that weren't needed and helped her work within her budget to get the house cool again. We will be using Ted again and he is the ONLY person we would recommend.

I cannot Express the overall gratitude and appreciation I have for Ted. His determination after half a day's work, running all over the city, speaking with the parts dealer, handling my furnace like his own was beyond expectation. His years of knowledge and willingness to not give up was more than I could have asked for. I would more than recommend his service to anyone in need. First time home owner and first time caller here! I should also add that I'm not a very handy guy either. When I called Ted he answered right away. I called because of an error code on my HVAC controller that said "the furnace high pressure switch is failing to close." Ted walked me through exactly what I needed to do over the phone. I am very grateful for his generosity. Every other HVAC company told me they were booked up for at least a week. Obviously, I can't go without heat for a whole week....fortunately Ted had my back. I highly recommend you give this hardworking man a call.

Ted was very professional and experienced. Found the issue with the noise coming from my AC right away. Fixed the issue and provided preventive maintenance info. I will definitely recommend this company and use Ted’s again if needed.
