The gentlemen who installed my furnace and air conditioner, Evan and Will, were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They did a stellar job installing my units and took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of hvac service. A job well done is rare in today's market, but McDaniel Furnace and Sheet Metal exceeded my expectations.

Evan and Will installed a new hcac system at our home. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Leave it to my 16-year-old furnace to die on the coldest night of the winter 🥶 but one call to McDaniel (just after closing time) got the ball rolling to a replacement installation less than 20 hours later! From the speedy call-back by Blake, to the after-hours visit by Jeff in sales to get measurements and price quote (as well as getting up early to ensure we got a furnace today AND letting me know about a Spire rebate on the new unit), to the quick tear-out and install the next morning by Will and Evan, to the payment option assistance by Sheila, we were treated courteously and professionally, with all questions answered. They protected the carpet with a sturdy drop cloth and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Will call on them again to replace the A/C later this year. Very happy to recommend this company and its fine people.

This a great company to do business with from the first encounter with the sales representative to the installers. There is no high pressure tactics. The sales rep and two installers arrived the time they promised. The installers cleaned up everything after they were finished. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in 6 hours. We saved thousands of dollars compared to other companies bids. I highly recommend them!

Jeff wrote up several quotes for me. AC/Heat, just AC, AC/Heatpump, super helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how the overall process would work. he wasn't pushy, didn't constantly nag me about putting in a new system and actually gave me options that allowed me to budget for something that needed to be repaired now, vs replacing the whole system.
Evan and Will did the install today and were amazing as well. they showed up on time, completed everything expeditiously and were extremely professional. 10/10 will use them again if i need any work done or the furnace replaced in a few years.

Had my AC go out on a Sunday, I called McDaniel and was not expecting a call back on a Sunday at all. Not only did I have a call within 3 minutes of reaching out, but they also came out to the house within the hour to take a look at the AC. I have been blown away with the Amazing service from the first phone call until the new AC/furnace was installed this afternoon! This company was professional, honest, and the customer service was out of this world! Evan and Will did a great job with the installation, friendly, on time, and even put up with my Great Dane watching every move lol I HIGHLY recommend this company, Support local, you will not be disappointed with this company!

The McDaniels team is outstanding. We had an issue with our ac and they were able to get out so quickly. The techs showed up and were extremely pleasant and personable. They took time to explain to me in terms that I would understand what was wrong. They were so fast and thorough. I’m so thankful for their hard work and dedication to keeping me from sweating in my own house! I will 100% be using them again and would refer them to anyone!

We used McDaniel to replace our HVAC system. We were very pleased with Will and Evan. They arrived on time, were courteous, treated our property respectfully, explained what they were doing, and kept us informed during the installation. To their credit, they did what they said they would do. I would recommend them.
