Had a not so pleasant experience trying to purchase a veto tool bag. I was told they had the tool bag in stock at the NKC store. After driving up there they did not have It. They said they would have it transferred to the independence store from Denver. When it arrived and I was in the store I was informed there was a $21.00 shipping fee. When I told the manager there that nobody informed me of a shipping fee he could care less. He then said so do you want it or not. When I asked him to check with the other store who had it transferred he says if you want to call them you can. Needless to say I’m disappointed in how they handled the whole situation. Also I’ve left two messages with the NKC store manager with no response. Absolutely no customer service at either store. I could purchase the bag online but wanted to buy locally. Lesson learned with this company. Business must be good when you don’t care about customer service. I’ll spend my money where it’s appreciated.

Was not satisfied at all with the wipe down inside my truck. They did not vacuum it good either. I will not be returning they missed lots of spots. I paid $40 and had to come home and detail it myself. What a waste! 😤
