I have to say, Jason and his colleague brought a hugely professional and experienced perspective to our problem with our eating and air conditioning. By the time he left, I was very convinced that he was helping me to work through our problems and that if he recommended something, it was a trustworthy and informed professional opinion. He left with a fix to our air conditioning problem and condensation issues, and told us we had 30 days to call me back if we continued to have issues. This was about the third time we had a plumber or person to come out and look at this, and the first time anyone actually found a problem and fixed it. I give Jason and his team five stars on every dimension possible. I will continue to use him whenever we need services.

I've met Jason about a year ago and I've been following him and his career every since. He worked on my personal Heat pump and was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issues. I've observed him through social media too be prompt professional and always educating his customers in what is the correct path for them whether its to repair the existing unit or replace it. Not all companies share this practice most will always tell you that you have to replace the unit ( I feel sometime its because its in their best interest not yours as a homeowner) with Prayco you will get a honest straight forward opinion backed up by industry data. I would definitely call Prayco again if I have any other issues

Jason came out to help with our house not staying cool. He checked everything and was able to explain every step of the way. He not only fixed our problem but made me a smarter home owner. He explained how to set the system up and how to maintain it so that I don’t need to call him out for the easy stuff. I will definitely use prayco again. Highly recommend Jason and prayco!!

Very rude!!! He called me to set up a time to work on my AC, he said he had an appointment Tuesday evening. I asked, “do you have any morning available?” I never said what day, I just asked if he simply had an earlier appointment, he replies with a smart tone and an attitude, “I told you what I have.” And I said calmly, sir why the attitude, he returns with, “because I just told you all I have”, and then says, “you know what call your Warrenty and tell them to find you a new person”. Then he hangs up in my face. I call back, and he answers and I say, sir, I don’t know why you have an attitude all I asked was do you have a morning opening. He said, “I have been bussing my @$$ all day, and I don’t have time for you are your stupid questions that I already answered. And then he hung up again, he was very unprofessional. And, I am glad he is not getting paid to work on my home nor do I want someone who is not professional to work on my property. Disrespect and rude!

Jason was amazing. Having had a terrible experience with another service provider just weeks ago, working with Jason was a great experience. Calm, cool, collected, professional, prompt, educational. All of the things one would hope for in a service provider.

On a night in which my furnace was not working, I called six places looking for late-night assistance. Five said they could not come out until the next morning. Jason called back and walked me through the repair over the phone, using photos and step-by-step directions, and he did not even seek payment. I immediately booked his service for the following day. To note: This is the first Google review I have ever provided — because his effort necessitated I did something in return.
