I was impressed by the Anthony team from beginning to end. I used them for the first time today after a heavy rain caused the main line to back up into my garage. They sent service within hours of my calling on the same day. I had two plumbing lines unclogged in no time and at an excellent value! Cole took the time to explain every step of the way what I was dealing with, why it was happening, and what I can do to prevent issues in the future. He was very professional and personable. I have a better understanding of my home and will definitely be using them in the future.

My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. That repair only served to benefit the salesman and this company. If you choose to use this company, be weary of their “recommendations. ”

I signed up for the Anthony ASAP (loyalty program) and today's appointment was the plumbing check that comes with ASAP. I was very pleased with the service I received from Logan. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He checked plumbing for the whole house and noted an issue with the water pressure being too high. He offered a solution and was able to fix the problem during this visit. Overall. I was very pleased with the service.

This was my first experience with Anthony-Service. A great experience indeed. He was professional, with the goal to please. I suggested that he replace parts. He said, let's just see if they need to be replaced. They did not. He checked and explained every part of the furnace . He wore his mask at all times which was important to me. Josiah Rubi did a great job. I called and requested that he be my preferred service person. I will recommend your company to others.

Tech Timothy arrived on time & was very professional. Very much appreciated the service. Thank you. Tech Nathan was courteous & professional. He answered all my questions re the water backup in my basement. The answer will be costly but necessary & fairly usual for a house this age. I really appreciated the truthfulness of his initial report. Thank you again for a great presentation & service. I shall call again & make recommendations for your company to my co-workers who are remodeling their homes. Kudos to Timothy & Nathan.

Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my problem very quickly, had them find the part that would be needed to fix the issue, and was willing to talk to me about my concerns over whether I should consider getting a new furnace versus replacing the broken part on the existing furnace without trying to make me decide one way or the other.
Then Randy came over the same day and gave me an estimate on a new system, going over my options and seeing me up with financing.
The next morning Drew and Aaron arrived and tore out the old system and installed the new one. I had just again before dinner.
Everyone was super friendly, vitreous and efficient. The whole process was as effortless.

James was very friendly and professional. My doorbell does not work. James called to make sure we were home even though we did not hear his knocks. He let us know that the service would take about 45 minutes. At the end he recommended installing an inline CO-2 detector.

Matt Merget did an excellent job of presenting the options for a new furnace versus repair. He was professional and knowledgeable. A new furnace will be installed tomorrow. Service was expeditious. They responded the first day. My overall experience with this company has been positive!

Had a 13 year old system that finally went out. Sales came out and quoted me a new one. He was super friendly and thorough. I ended up ordering it. Not inexpensive - but new, efficient and most importantly it would provide heat for the family. After the install on day one, there were a few hiccups. Matt came back out and inspected the install and saw some things that had to be rectified. Matt ordered parts, and then he and Gary came back out and worked tirelessly to make it all right. The system is working like a dream! Regardless of the initial few problems, they worked to make it all right. Thanks!

Justin was very polite, & did a very thorough job on our plumbing maintenance. He listed out everything for us to keep & do when we can. No pressure at all. Having the maintenance program is really great. They called us to set up an appointment & called to let us know they were on the way.
