This is the second time I’ve had Anthony plumbing out for service. And I’m always so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism.
Nick came out to do a maintenance check on my furnace. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and was very professional! I’m glad I found this company!

We called to have our laundry/basement main drain line cleaned as a preventive measure once a year. We've been doing this ever since our neighbor had the same drain line back up and damage the finished area of their basement. Technician Drew Russell arrived on time today. He was very friendly and professional. Drew asked questions, looked over our plumbing situation, and then suggested options that he could do today. Drew appeared to be knowledgeable of the entire task which had a calming affect on my husband. When he was done, he cleaned up his tools as well as ensured our basement floor was clean before he departed the house. Drew is an exceptional role model for Anthony PHCE.

Replaced a sump pump and fixed a leaking toilet plus some other necessary repairs. Gave me all the information needed to make a good decision. I am an ASAP member and the inspections are excellent. They catch a lot of things I am not always aware of. Good people.

Left message Thursday late pm and Anthony Plumbing returned call first thing Friday am with a tech--Anthony responding by the afternoon to fix our HVAC system (a broken fan). Professional and quality work. We called 3 other places with one not even bothering to call back, one too busy for service and another that cancelled us and moved our service to 2 days later. So we are very appreciative of this business and now they will receive our business for maintenance and issues from now on! THANK YOU.

Gerry Fenton provided our Spring A/C servicing today 4/20-2022. Gerry was professional and courteous in every regard. Gerry provided excellent customer service. Gerry explained everything he serviced in detail explaining to both my wife and I areas of concern on our 15 year old A/C unit. Gerry is another example of the high caliber of individual who works at Anthony’s and is one more reason why we use Anthony’s for our home’s mechanical needs.

Rhyn is very knowledgeable and professional. He answers all our questions, address our concerns and explains electrical issues in such simple way that we get to understand the pros and cons of solutions he offers. He is also a very cool and happy guy. We are really happy with his excellent service and will ask for him on future projects we plan to address. Thank you Anthony Plumbing for such a wonderful worker.

We needed to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. Anthony’s had a person come out to measure our home to determine what our heating and cooling needs are and what size units we would need. The installation went very well. About a week after the installation, a supervisor came out to our house to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with the new units. He discovered a slight problem with the drainage tubes from the humidifier and he fixed that at no additional charge. We have been so pleased with Anthony’s over the several years that we have been their customer and have had their ASAP Plan. When we ran into a problem with some plumbing while a new washer and dryer were being installed, the Anthony’s plumber was out to our house asap, identified the problem, fixed it, and called for the “power dry” guys to get the areas of our home that needed the power drying that service. He stayed until the power dry people arrived and showed them exactly what the issues were. We are definitely Anthony’s customers for life!

Kelsey and Seth came out to take care of a clog on our main line. They were on time, polite, and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. They answered all my questions, took care of the issue, thoroughly cleaned up, and even scheduled a camera inspection for us to see whats going on. I highly recommend Anthony!

Alex came to check our plumbing and was not only thorough, he was knowledgeable in presenting our options and never made us feel any pressure. He was respectful to our property, loved on our dogs, and was very personable. Being a part of the ASAP program keeps our home running smoothly and puts our minds at ease.

Michael was very patient and very professional. Having being a fist time home owner I did require more explaining and Michael was fantastic. Michael showed up after only ten mins being told he would be on his way, very happy about that. He then explained to me the issue in depth and the solutions. I’ve have experienced before that I do not get options with big repairs like this but Michael was very profesional, patient, and prompt. Thanks to Michael and team for for being the best in Kansas City!
