We've had the tune-up service package for years and love it. Unlike some companies with similar packages, Anthony ACTUALLY CALLS to make sure they perform the services, and every time they come, their technicians are professional and informative. I would recommend EVERYONE to use this service.

Nick, who serviced our heating system today, was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and professional, he provided exactly the service our system needed and made valuable recommendations about how we could improve the air quality in our home. We always get great service from Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical.

They will charge you fuel cost, even if you live less just a 1,000 feet from the building, which is 50 bucks. They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. God forbid I ask what MY money would be going towards when your asking someone to pay over $1,000 for one service. Go anywhere else to receive better customer service. Very disappointed.

James was very professional. He thoroughly explained to me what he was doing and why and he did so in terms that I could easily understand. He was very respectful toward me and of my property. Excellent job all the way around!

We're first time home owners and saw that Anthony PHCE was the company who installed the HVAC system. They were also recommended by our family members. Anthony PHCE is great with communication. They text you info with a photo of who will be coming to do the job and then that person calls to let you know when they will be there.
We scheduled a yearly service appointment for the furnace and they sent Kelly to do the job. He was very respectful of our home, kind and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood what he was doing, was willing to teach us a few things about our system and answer any questions we had. He made suggestions about improvements we could do, but wasn't pushy about it. Thanks Kelly for doing a great job!

I had a kitchen disposal backup which caused flooding in utility room by washing machine. Gareth did a great job in determining the problem and fixing it. He was very thorough and clear on what he was doing and definitely took care of all the issues surrounding this plumbing problem.

Cleared clogged kitchen drain. Kelsey was just great. Took care of business right away yet was very personable and friendly. We've been with Anthony for 35+ years with HVAC & Plumbing; this job was done as professional as other work in the past. We hope not to need this again, but if so, we will definitely ask for Kelsey.

My 89 year old mother (who has mild dementia) reported to me that Tim was very nice and did a wonderful job of repairing the leaky valve next to her washing machine. He then, although he was not obligated, hooked up her new washing machine and even showed my mother how to start it. She is just delighted with Tim’s work and relieved to have her washer ready to use! Thank you so much, Tim!

My technician, Kris Kubis, was very kind and friendly, detailed and thoroughly explained the work he performed while servicing my furnace via Anthony's ASAP maintenance program. He was quick to diagnose a very quick, easy fix to my side-mounted, whole-home humidifier and had it up and running in no time. Mr. Kubis also noticed a noise coming from the inducer motor and promptly ordered a new motor to be covered under my furnace's active warranty. He provided accurate notes with a service's checklist and recorded the results of the performance of the furnace. Thanks Kris! I appreciate your hard work!
