Samantha was very tolerant of our dog. He is a Great Dane and not easy to ignore. She did great with him. A lot of repair people aren’t. If we need help again, I will request Samantha. She was very professional and had the job done quickly.

Anthony is one of the few places in Kansas City who trains its service techs on boiler maintenance. Not only did the tech (Steve) help to solve my problem but he also taught me how the system works so I can troubleshoot it in the future. Good stuff, happy I went with them!

I purchased two heating units after working with a most professional salesman, Alan Cardozo. He was thoughtful, engaging, courteous and knowledgeable about the Anthony Heating and Cooling products. He labored mightily to fit our complex heating needs, as our home has grown with additions and required replacing more than one unit. Any company would be proud to have Alan work for it. Like most of us, I ended up purchasing from a person, more than a company. Alan was priceless in the process.

Had a shut off valve under a sink snap off a little after 5pm. Called and they had it fixed by 6:45pm. I’ve never had anything but prompt quality work from Anthony. Lavell helped us out tonight and he got it done right and got it done fast! He was a real pleasure to chat with too.

Logan came out at 9:30 in the evening to correct a sewage backup problem that we had. He was considerate and did a good job of getting our plumbing working again. We are happy with the job he did.

Shane Palmer, our technician, came right in and quickly got the job done. He provided a thorough description of the problem we had and how he repaired it. Beyond that, he has so much personality that he’s a joy to work with. Call them for your plumbing/HVAC needs!

Nick was professional, quick yet thorough and attentive and understanding. My issue came about due to a misjudgment on another tech's part resulting in my $800 whole-house humidifier to not function any longer and Nick made sure the issue was completely resolved. Turned my anger and frustration with Anthony PHCE into a relaxed and happy attitude towards them, reinstating my belief and trust in them. Thank you, Nick!

Lacey Gronau was one of the most genuine and brilliant people we’ve had over to work in our home. She left no stone unturned, and I truly felt like she had our best interest at heart. She even gave me tips on how to make sure our furnaces stayed in the safest working order possible. Loved her!

The service was great. I had a coupon for plumbing that was not in his system but he saw it was valid and accepted it. He checked all of my plumbing and advised that the water heater was getting old. He advised that they only last from 8 to 12 years on average and ours is 10 but he said ours still looks okay.

Julian did a great job with our heating inspection! The evaluation was all written down and very easy to understand, with clear recommendations for moving forward and estimates on those costs.
