The technician who helped me was Brandon Walton , he did an excellent job, it was performed in a professional way , it took almost 3 hours but at the end I got peace of mind. Thank you

Calling on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend just before a cold snap, I didn’t have much hope they’d be able to help me, but I was wrong. They got me scheduled right away, the repairman arrived on time, was so polite and considerate and listened closely to our plumbing problems. He was able to resolve the issue for us and was patient as we ran a quick load of laundry to make sure everything worked well afterward. Thank you!

Matt is always prompt and he really knows his stuff. He always takes the time to do a thorough inspection and make sure he has the right diagnosis. He also takes the time to explain the issue and answer any questions we have. He been to our house multiple times for various issues and we always enjoy working with him.

Josiah from Anthony did a great job. It was time for a furnace check, he arrived on time and was very thorough. Found a problem and notified the office. They called very quickly to schedule another appt. to see how to fix the furnace. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a sewer drain clogged. They were out same day, very clean, professional and pleasant to work with. I too am in the service business, working on Appliances for 30 years and highly recommend Anthony’s heating and cooling for any service they offer. My daughter has had them for repair on her heating and cooling with the same experiance

I respect the fact that Drew was very thorough and honest about my dishwasher. He researched and checked with his supervisor about my situation and came back with a solution for me. I plan on using Anthony Plumbing next month to install my new dishwasher. I was very satisfied with it.

Brandon was great. After a domino affect of expensive issues in my home this month I was so grateful that he coached me on the approach to take for my plumbing issue. He was able to solve both the water backup & disposal problem in one visit without it costing an arm and a leg so thank you Brandon! Also can’t say enough good things about Kevin Nguyen who helped when my furnace broke on Thanksgiving. He off the clock brought me his own personal space heater to keep my pipes from freezing over the weekend. We should all take notes from him on what altruistic kindness looks like. He is an asset to this company & is the main reason Anthony PHC will have my continued business.

Brandon came over to tackle one electrical problem with a very flaky circuit, and by the end he addressed 3 problems. We'd had multiple electricians over to investigate the circuit, but he was the first one who actually provided a resolution to it. Plus, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining things and discussing pricing *before* doing the work so no surprises.

The only one little thing that would have been better would be wearing those blue shoe protectors when walking on the new carpet, like their HVAC folks do. Other than that, we couldn't ask for a better experience, unless cheaper. ;-)

Mike came out and sold us a new HVAC system. He was early even. He was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining all of our options. He didn’t even mind our pesky dog! Very happy with the service so far! New unit going in Friday!
