Central Air Heating and Cooling

Woke up to our unit leaking and called a few different places. This place was the most responsive and had someone come out immediately. The technician, Bryce was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and had the issue fixed in no time. He then went over the steps with us, so we could fix it ourselves, in the event it ever happened again. This is definitely going to be the place we use for any issues that may arise in the future.

Service department/receptionist was very friendly and the technician was very knowledgeable. He performed the fix very quickly. I definitely recommend central air.

My only regret is that I didn’t find out about this wonderful company sooner! it started with Catherine in the office who coordinated everything! The Billy and Owen showed up the scheduled morning and immediately went to work. They were removing an air handler and heat pump that was nearly 20 years old and replacing them with all new equipment. Billy & Owen both took a lot of pride in their work and the company they worked for and it sure did show in their work! If I had any thoughts that this day would be filled with unpleasant surprises, they quickly erased them with the high skills and quality of their work! They started around 8 and finished in mid afternoon. One would be hard pressed to find a better company than Central Air with their above average personnel such as Catherine,Billy and Owen, great equipment and pricing. I have no problem recommending this great company that is locally owned and operated!!!

Excellent service by all employees. Gordon was very knowledgeable in his work and went above and beyond for us. He was able to make some repairs to keep our ac running over the incredibly hot weekend until our new unit could be installed. Kathleen was able to get us scheduled right away. Install crew, Rich, Nick and Cody showed up exactly when they said, worked all day in the heat to get us our new system. I will definitely recommend to anyone I can.

Fantastic experience, Bryce was extremely helpful and it was a great educational experience! I only needed a capacitor and he gave me the more economical choice because my unit is old and it wouldn't be worth an upgraded one. Could've charged me any price on earth because I know nothing about hvac but gave me a price way below what I was expecting. Also taught me how to clean the fins which i did not know needed done (assumed it only needed done when the outside was visibly clogged). Will go back for a full unit and ductwork when that time comes!

AC shut down on the hottest day of the year. We called all over looking for someone to come out within 24 hours and Central Air made it happen. They texted when they were on the way, were within the window of time they promised, and a great value for the work we had done. Best of all, the AC for our business is now cooling again. Bad capacitor. Wouldn't you know it. Bryce was great to work with and we will definitely use Central Air next time we need work done. Thanks Central Air.

Great experience working with Central. Gordon did an initial analysis of our system and recommended improvements to address some issues we were having with noise and filtration. We decided to move forward with a new furnace motor, replace our metal duct work with flexible ducting, and install a better air filter. Skip did the actual installation. A few weeks later, we had a minor issue with the unit (not related to the installation) and Gordon came back out to check it and make some adjustment. Bottom line: these guys do quality work and care about their customers, something that seems to be increasingly rare these days. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend Central Air, with a special shout-out to Gordon and Skip. Thanks guys!
