Central Air Heating and Cooling

Charles came out to give me a quote on a new A/C and Furnace system. I accepted the quote and they scheduled the installation. Billy and Nick came out and installed everything. They did a very nice quality job it looks great. I will definitely use them again. Great job Central Air!!!

Excellent super fast service. Cooling went out on the hottest day of the year. Talked to them at 4ish in the afternoon, and Gordon showed up 1st thing the next morning. My units were horrible, all due to my bad maintenance! He fixed them & made cold air happen. And didn't yell at me for no filters! Thanks guys. Catherine is very nice to who did the scheduling. I strongly recommend the yearly maintenance program, especially if you are not good at it yourself.

Good service over all. Glad technician had parts I needed in truck. Very prompt attention. Wish he had taken used motor with him. It’s heavy, and I will have to take upstairs to dispose of it.

Had a mouse electrocute itself and fall on a heating coil element which stunk up the whole house. I called late at night and George came out the next morning and fixed it. He discovered a badly leaking seal on the blower motor and showed it to me. It was really bad.. After discussing options we decided to replace it right away with an OEM unit which had to be shipped from Nashville. He came to the house the same day it arrived. Good service. I would use again without hesitation.

100% Satisfied! Gorden came to my home to diagnose my furnace that was acting up (17 years old) instead of dumping more money in it, I asked for a quote to just replace my whole system, (the AC had acted up last summer and it was just getting old) Even though Gorden was not a salesman he quickly showed me all the different systems, and answered all my questions. Gorden really knows his stuff and is good at explaining everything. I told him I wanted a middle of the road system, that would be simple to operate and maintain, he didn't try to push me into a more expensive system. As far as the install, Billy and Nick were very professional and respectful. Their work was clean and neat, and lines were run neat and tidy. The unit performs as expected, and the Nest thermostat is a nice addition. I highly recommend Central Air Heating and Cooling, They are an asset to our community and very good at what they do.

They were quick to get someone out to repair our AC. Tech was very thorough. Polite. Explained everything he did and why. I would highly recommend them.

Since the AC Unit and HVAC were installed. We have had a couple of very small issues. When I looked at the work site after the work was done, I found some screws on the floor. Later my wife told me that the pipes for the air intake and air exhaust were leaking water. I called Central Air and they came to look at the issues. When they came they took care of everything. Excellent work very polite and professional. The technition Gordon told me all that he did and again, very professional and friendly. I work in construction (Laborers 110 ) and I know a professional when I see one. I was pleased to see central air sent out a knowledgeable and professional specialist. George Phillips was at my house an hour after I made an emergency call. He knew everything about my dinosaur of a furnace the second he laid eyes on it. He diagnose the issue very quickly, had all the parts on his truck, and had me up and running very quickly, for a reasonable price.
