Bryce did a fabulous job on the repair of our heat pump. He was fast , friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions about what he was doing on the repair, I would definitely ask for Bryce to service any of our heat pumps again. Thx Bryce for a great job!

My furnace fan wasn't kicking on properly. I called at 8AM and Doug was at my house by 9AM. This with a winter storm coming. Doug replaced my furnace fan. Very courteous and professional.

Bryce was extremely knowledgeable about our AC unit. And he was able to break it down for us who dont understand HVAC talk. Came out as planned and on time. Great experience!! We had Brendan Gaines and Josh Morgan install the full unit. They were extremely courteous and even fixed our ducts that were about to fall. Super nice guys and very hard workers. We were very pleased with Central Air Heating and Cooling. Our a/c was out when the temperature was in the 90's, and they still got us on the schedule right away and repaired it the next day. Our tech, Doug Hensley, was fantastic. He had cool air flowing within 15 minutes. He was very professional, very hardworking, and very nice. I had a complete new HVAC system installation. Installation techs were professional and polite. Recently, about 6 months after the install, it began making noise... The repair was easily scheduled, quickly completed and under warranty. This occurred while I was deployed with the military. I could not be more pleased. Great Organization! Great People!
