We had an awesome experience with Central Air. Gordon, our initial technician, was very patient in explaining what we needed and we never felt like we were getting a hard sell. The office was very responsive and communicated in an extremely timely manner and finally Billie & Nick were exceptional with our installation. They arrived early, explained everything they were doing and how to care for the system. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I can't say enough about the service I received. Thank you!

We've had a couple of technicians come out to service our unit, but they rushed the job, and didn't determine the cause. Gordon with Central took his time to properly assess the situation, explained clearly the probable solutions, obtained the parts needed quickly, and successfully fixed the issue. He performed the job the way you would want and expect a knowledgeable professional to get it done.

So, it has taken me awhile to write this review because I’m a very suspicious person and always waiting to see if people/companies are really what they say they are. I have to say that this company did everything they said they would and correctly. I had no heat and it was January. Gordon came out and told me the problem and the cost. We worked out the details that night and I received a call the next morning with the date of instillation. Billie and Jalmal came out and were there for quite sometime but when they left, everything was working and the house was warm. They had also cleaned up after themselves. A few months later it was time to switch on the air conditioner and it didn’t work. I called and the next day George was out and had the unit up and running. There was no problem, it was just that they couldn’t know the issue with the AC in the middle of winter, but they were out immediately and took care of the matter. Not really sure I like the Nest thermostat but I am very pleased with the service of this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Charles has been our provider for years. We worked with Gordon, Billy and Cody on this project and they were all prompt and professional. It’s a great company to work with. We have now had repair work, maintenance work and installation work on both traditional and mini split systems with central air. Couldn’t be happier. Customers for life

Central Air was great to work with. Charles took time to explain the process to us, was responsive with follow up questions, and was super helpful navigating the process with our insurance. The repair crew did a great job of dealing with tricky placement in an older home.

Gordon came over several weeks ago when we had a problem with our heater that we have had for over 26 years. It is slowing dying. He suggested we might want to schedule a replacement for it so we don't need to as an emergency. I communicated back and forth with Gordon and their office Many times on brands and financing. (I also did my own research, which matched what he said.) He was always pleasant and took all the time I needed. I did schedule for new equipment. Separate review.

Our technician George was a very polite and pleasant man! He was very open and honest! He didn’t beat around the bush but also didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t need! The man laid out all our options!!!! I highly recommend this company and George!!!!! They were committed to getting our new unit in and fast! Compared to most companies who were a week out. It showed me that this company was dedicated to customers and getting things done! Thank you for all the great work!!

Great experience. Gordon was my tech. He diagnosed the problem fast. Fixed it fast. Gave me a reasonable price. Left me feeling they were very honest. Highly recommend.
