Central Air Heating and Cooling

Unit was under warranty on a new built home. They did not even charge me a service call. I recommend them highly honest and reliable.

Central Air was great. I’ve had a half dozen heating/cooling companies out to my house (it’s very old) over the past few years - but was recently recommended Central Air. The technician was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ll be using this company again for certain.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had a very old (1979) unit that stopped working. I called Central Air Heating & Cooling and after choosing sales and service the phone was answered by a live person. The repairman, Pat came out the same day. Diagnosed a bad motor and had to take it back to the shop to research for a model number (remember it is from 1979). I had a quote to repair it the next day. The quote was very reasonable and the news was delivered with a very subtle, no hard-sell suggestion of a new unit. I decided to get a new unit, partially because Steve and Charles made the whole process of service call, financing, ordering and scheduling seamless. I can't say enough about Cody and Tony, the installers. Quality work. They were timely, polite, kowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and were very confident in their work.

Gordon performed a thermostat install at my house and the service was terrific. He answered all my questions and gave some recommendations. He even gave some advice on some questions I had related to heating/cooling a sun porch. Highly recommend him and the company.

Central Air Heating and Cooling was able to fit us in during a busy time when the weather was heating up. Gordon came out and took care of our problem and we couldn’t be happier. Gordon is very knowledgeable and was willing to share that knowledge with me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair just as quick. I will be using this company again!

These guys are awesome! You couldn't ask for a more polite and knowledgeable team. From the repair guy George to the new unit installers Billy and Nick. Very pleasent! They simplified and made a hard time easy. I highly recommend them to your home. Nice job Charles!

These guys are the best. We have been using them for routine service and maintenance and Gordon is awesome, he always takes the time to explain what he is doing, is thorough and friendly. We also just had an AC unit go out and Billy, Nick and Dino were here within 2 days with a brand new unit. I don’t think they even took a lunch break they just kept at it and got the old system out of our attic (thru a really small access hole) and the new one in and running (thru that same access hole) without so much as a scratch on a wall... they also went above and beyond by straightening up the condenser for our first floor unit - had nothing to do with what they were called out for but they noticed it looked bad and wanted it to look nice next to the new condenser they just put in. I seriously don’t think you’ll find another HVAC company that cares so much about what they do that they even pay attention to how nice the condensers look in the backyard! Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys

I would recommend Central Air to anyone in the area. I called the morning after my air conditioning unit suddenly went out and was beyond repair. Steve answered and took care of everything quickly, smoothly and efficiently. He called back within minutes with quotes, rebates, financing and even got a team together to install the new air conditioner and furnace the very next day, working through the heat on a Saturday. I'm a single mom with two toddlers at home and was beyond impressed and grateful to Steve, Billy and the rest of Central Air. All of the other companies I called couldn't stand up to the customer service, care and speed put into getting air back on in my home at the end of July for myself and my little ones at home. THANK YOU!!

I called and they were there in a couple of hours helping us out. George is wonderful. We had the heater all set for Thanksgiving thanks to their hard work and willingness to be ready for the holiday!
