Central Air Heating and Cooling

My appointment was moved up to an earlier time, and they were here right on time for Spring Maintenance. Took care of my AC, but did not have the correct size filter. They were going to drop one off later, but he actually returned in half an hour and put the new filter in for me. So far, I have been very happy with this business. Bought my HVAC from them and have used them for a plumbing issue.

The staff at Central Air, from my first call to them were extremely helpful and friendly. We are much more comfortable with our new system, and thank the entire staff at Central Air for all their help. A great locally owned company who I will call for all heating, cooling, and plumbing needs in the future! Thank you!

After numerous phone calls to about every company I could find, these people were the only ones who were able yo make it out. The motor in my blower died and I have a kid who is in isolation with Covid as well as 3 dogs so going someplace was not going to be easy. The temperature was in the negatives without the 50 mph wind chill. Jeremy who came to the house was absolutely awesome considering the day, weather and time. Even got a place to open up to acquire a motor for my blower that was not common. Yes, I paid dearly but considering the circumstance I would do it over again.

Soon I plan to replace the entire unit and I will definitely call them first to get estimates.

I want to say thank you to everyone who helped today (especially Jeremy) and we are going to be able to be home for the holiday.

Don did a great job and definitely knows what he's doing. I scheduled an appointment and 1 hour 20 minutes later he was here and installed a new thermostat. I highly recommend this business. They are courteous, quick, and fairly priced.

My service tech Jeremy was awesome. Super nice person, very professional with a ton of knowledge. He educated me on a few different things on how the air conditioning system works. I truly appreciate it all of the insight you gave me. I highly recommend this company of your air conditioning or heating system needs. They are the only company that I trust.

Austin was fantastic. We called about 4 companies in the area and sheets was the only company open during the Holidays. We would highly suggest recommend Sheets.

They were very professional and quick to come out and install a new furnace. Austin did a great job in the initial visit going into more depth about my unit and what options were out there to replace it with. They didn't try upselling and gave me all the info to make my own decision. Highly recommend and their prices are very reasonable.

I highly recommend this company. Austin was very professional and very knowledgeable. He installed a new ac and furnace in my home and he did a great job, I was very impressed by his work. He made sure every thing was in working order , was very neat and his attention to detail was second to none. He even fixed other things to make sure every thing was right. Great company!!!!
