    Excellent customer service. My repair was completed by Bryce and he is top notch. My system had a hard to diagnose issue that several others missed causing me an exponential amout of money over a few years. Central Air involved a rep from the ac manufacturer and he spent hours with Bryce troubleshooting and once they were finished everything started working as it should. Highly recommend the company and Bryce!!

    UPDATE: Josh, Tim, and Doug facilitated in the installation and final touches of our new H&C system. We're very happy with the job they've done.

    From call #1, we were treated with a friendly reception and an eagerness to help. Even though I called on a Monday morning, George was here the same day within hours, was thorough in evaluating the entire system before making an assessment based on his knowledge and experience, and then confirmed with the tools of his trade. He quick, efficient, and offered honest recommendations to improve the efficiency of our system as a whole. We'll definitely be going forward with Central Air for our HVAC maintenance and upgrades.     Service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Our issue is that we were charged $177 for the service call when it was an installation issue. We built our house 2 years ago. Central does all the hvac work. He noticed that the freon lines on both units were installed wrong. That's why the main floor unit froze. If it was correctly installed there would have been no issues. No service call.

    We had a warranty repair. When I first called their office was friendly and got someone out within hours. Doug handled the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had it fixed within an hour.

    Crew was professional and efficient. Cleaned up worksites, walked through finished installation, and helped to setup Nest app on phone. From estimate to completion, this was a great process. Gordon did a great job diagnosing the issue, providing recommendations, and getting everything setup for the installers.
