Finally, A fantastic company to do business with. I woke up at 6 AM with my thermostat set on 70 and it was 61° in my house. I called later that day and They were able to get to me same day within hours of my phone call. My technician Gordon White was the best. I got updates on my phone when he was showing up he was on time he was extremely professional courteous great sense of humor and he was able to show me things about my system some issues that no one else ever pointed out. He was able to save my old furnace and it is running better than it has ever run since I have been in my home nine years. Gordon is a true stand up gentleman and he never felt like a stranger. Felt like I had known him for years. Everything about my experience has been over the top top notch and I never say that about anything . The lady who works in the office was nice and as sweet as can be everything has been great. I will definitely be calling them back in the spring to go through my AC and get ready for this summer. Again, great company to do business with.

Called on Labor Day for service on 9/3. Gordon came by and had me back up and running in no time. He really took the time to explain what he found and answered any questions I had. I would definately recommend Central Air Heating and Cooling.

I ended up getting a new unit installed on 5/29/2020. My unit was installed by Billy and Nick and they did a great job. The whole process took about 4 hours and when they where done everything was running perfectly. They also made sure the area they worked in was cleaned up. I also received a follow-up call from Gordon to make sure I was satisfied.

It only took one call to receive prompt service when our AC quit just before Memorial Day. Gordon arrived promptly, explained the problems with our 30+ year old A/C unit and left me with options to discuss with my husband. A follow up email was received with detailed information for those options, one was chosen and upon completing a simple form for a payment plan over the phone, I received a scheduled installment date, thanks to Catherine. A few days later, Pat arrived promptly and tackled the removal of our ancient unit, replacing it and all necessary components. A couple of hours later, cool air was flowing through our home. The next day the cool temps gave way to summer heat. Thank you so much for making this a virtually painless and simple process to save us from St. Louis' summer temps!

We recently switched from propane to natural gas. This required a new condensing unit, furnace and water heater. Central Air did it all and we could not have been any more pleased. Billy and Dino did the install. Very professional, did an awesome job and like I said we are very happy with their work. By the way I am a perfectionist and very few service people am I 100% happy with. With Dino and Billy I'm 100% satisfied. George is another Central Air employee we had the pleasure of meeting. Dianne and I are very happy that we decided to have Central Air do our conversion from propane to NG.

Called on Saturday morning around 8:30 a.m. with AC issues. Gordon responded promptly and put us on the list. AC was fixed just after Noon on Saturday!

Fortunately, all needed parts for repair were on his van, and he had them installed and checked in a flash! Best part was all work done was covered under warranty. Thanks for the professional service.

We'll be using Central Air Heating and Cooling for all our future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend these guys! Gordon was our technician and we were very impressed! He was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home! He described the process in detail and worked closely with us so we knew what was going on every step of the way! The office was very accommodating and scheduled us very quickly! We had a fairly large residential project and received several bids. Ultimately, we chose Central Air H&C, and I could not be more pleased. The entire process was made easy with clear communication (Charlie), and excellent customer service (Katherine). Our installers, Billy and Deno replaced our two separate HVAC systems. This included relocating the new heat pumps, fitting the new air exchanges, furnaces, etc. You could tell they both took pride in there work, were very professional, and did a fantastic job! Both systems look perfect, operate as expected, and the job site was left spotless after completion.

I am very pleased with the quality, efficiency, and noise level of the Ruud product. I have no problem recommending Central Air H&C based on my experience.

Gordon came to install a new thermostat for us. He was prompt, professional, friendly and informative. He helped me figure out how to use it and even offered to clean up any mess from install and throw away boxes etc. I would use them again for anything I needed. Highly recommend

I had to get an A/C coil and condenser installed and the team that responded was really good. Gordon gave the assessment and estimate and Catherine processed everything. Billy and Nick completed the installation and I'm very happy with how promptly the work was completed and even how great the installation looks.
