Bryce added freon to each of my AC units. He was on time, informative, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Central Air if you are in need of any heating and cooling service.
Bryce was professional and performed the job with skill. He was respectful of our home and our time. Communication was great with Bryce and with the support staff in regards to timing of our appointment.
They were the company that originally installed the unit when the house was built. According to the service tech, they should have registered the unit with the manufacturer but never did. The blower motor went out after 7 yrs of service. The tech installed the wrong size motor ( used a 1/3hp instead of a 3/4 hp ). After the 2nd visit to see why no air was coming through the vents, he then realized it was the wrong size motor. The 3rd visit, which was supposed to be pro Bono, cost me another $70. All in all I am out $500 for the new proper sized motor

Thank you to Katherine and the service tech who stayed a full hour showing how to operate the furnace even though there was nothing wrong with it, regardless he gave it a thorough inspection. Very reasonable price as well.Most techs would have left after 20 minutes and charged $300.00.
Scheduling was quick and easy. I appreciate the text and email updates as well. The technician was friendly and explained the issue to me. He was on time and resolved the problem quickly.
My HVAC unit was original to my house and season after season it would need a bunch of love to limp along until this year it had a major failure so it was time to replace it.
Gordon was the one to come out, diagnose the issue, give a rough estimate for repairs and produced four different options for replacement as an alternative. Each option was thoroughly outlined and the pros/cons were well explained. After deciding which option was best, he returned to get accurate measurements to make a custom furnace enclosure (that they make in-house) which made the turn around time very quick for BIlly and Nick to come install it.
The installers arrived precisely on time, they asked where I wanted various components, accommodated some last minute requests, and their estimates for time were spot on. The quality of work they left behind was top notch. They moved components and ran the equipment in ways that would have been very easy to just slap in but went out of their way to do it right despite adding to their workload. Long term performance remains to be seen but at the time of install I feel very confident in the quality and perfectionism of the installation.
My preference was to support a local business if at all possible and in the end Central Air made it easy as their prices were competitive, they did not change pricing from what was quoted despite some unforeseen hurdles, and I'm not sure the overall experience could have been any better.
Special shoutout to Charles as well for really coming through with bumping us up in the schedule to fit our circumstances.
If you are searching for a company that is reputable, no-nonsense, and will leave you with a memorable and positive experience, I cannot recommend Central Air enough.
A+ experience. My heater needed repair and they came out almost immediately for a service call. I could immediately see how knowledgeable and professional they were. It took less than an hour to fix the problem and it was really cheap. Great experience!
