I’ve used United for ductwork install, chimney liner replacement, repair of AC and most recently installation of a complete AC and furnace replacement. The technicians they use are professional and the services are reasonably priced. The two guys who did the AC and furnace install worked in 100 degree heat to get the job done. No complaints. Our old house needs someone like them. Highly recommended.

We have had United come out to our house 3 times over the last 4 years, once to install an air conditioner and twice to repair pipes and water lines. We have been very pleased every time! The workers are timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and the service is always done well for a reasonable price. We are thankful for Jerrod and the whole team at United Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

Brian the first man that came out was so professional, and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure getting to talk too. Appt was set up for install of furnace and central air. They called like promise before arrival . The crew that was sent went above and beyond on their service . They were very quick , cleaned up after their self. And spent time with us teaching us how to use the new thermostat. Josh was extremely friendly and professional.they seem to take great pride in their jobs and are are very happy with the company they work for. All had great work ethic!
I can’t brag enough about this company.. we won the new furnace and air conditioning unit. At first we thought it was a scam, or we would have to pay for installation or something. But it wasn’t!!! I’m so thankful for what United heating and cooling has done in our community. I have and would totally recommend them to everyone.

3/10/21 - I had 2 new HVAC systems installed today Kyle and Isaac were fantastic. They new their trade and worked very efficiently. Both systems were installed in 1 day. I could not be happier. John who sold me the equipment did not push the most expensive system on me but recommended a less expensive one. All of my contact with United is very positive. They're always honest and don't try to sell something that you don't need. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a home that had an older outside unit from United heating and cooling. Naturally, I call them to service the unit once it began having issues. I called and had someone come out same day ( a weekend) as an after hours emergency visit. The tech who came was incredibly short with me and was only looking to sell a new unit.He asked to used the bathroom which was inappropriate as it wasn't a quick use. He removed the breaker and put it back in incorrectly once we told him we would get a second opinion ( done purposely). He quoted a ridiculous amount for a simple recharge and proceeded to connect us with sales for a new unit altogether. He kept pushing a new unit and exaggerating the immediate fix for profit. I had another company come out and service the unit , listen to my concerns, educate me on my unit , explain and make recommendations. They fixed it and pointed out where you guys fell short. I will be purchasing a new unit and furnace from them going forward. Honesty and integrity go a long way.

This company is fabulous. We've used them for years. They are helpful when you call, they're on time when they arrive, they always have the nicest people who work for them, and they provide a great service at a reasonable price. If you're looking for someone to take care of your plumbing or HVAC, this is your team!

Our AC hadn’t been working for weeks & we finally decided to get it checked out. Another business we called wouldn’t come out to see it for 2 weeks. United got us in just 2 days after we called & were on time to our appointment. Jesse & his partner were very nice & respectful while I translated for my dad. Fast service & fair pricing. Highly recommend United heating & cooling over other options in Rochester!

Their quote was a lot less than others. They were forthright, honest, and efficient. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Technician did not come prepared. We indicated when the service call was set up that we needed a new filter for the air scrubber, and even gave the model number of the scrubber. The tech didn't have the filter on the truck and admitted that he had not looked at the notes for the call. He had to come back later that afternoon, so we had to be here most of the day waiting for the full call to be finished.

1. Our air broke in the middle of the night, United was able to come out the same day!
2. Frank was very respectful, showed me what was broken on our air conditioner, told me what he was fixing, why it broke. He cleaned it up and fixed it, was done in about 40 minutes.
I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness, the professionalism and overall great quality!
